  1. Is there a good place to get AV and maybe LED-modded 2600 consoles that I can be sure won't be sloppily put together? Does anyone on this forum sell them?
  2. Hi all, I have the full set of Supercharger games for sale, including one of the 2 mail order games (Survival Island). If you are interested, please see the photos and feel free to contact me for more information etc. https://imgur.com/a/NPVLBt0 While I haven't sold anything on here before, you can check my NintendoAge profile for my feedback: http://nintendoage.com/index.cfm?FuseAction=Users.Feedback&User=cma2032 Thanks!
  3. I'm not very knowledgeable on this but is it possible it's something to do with them being PAL?
  4. Hi all, I recently did a composite mod on 4-switch Vader and was pretty disappointed with the results. The video came out incredibly dark, and on games like Demon Attack you can barely see anything. The mod I used was of this variety: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Atari-2600-7800-A-V-Composite-RCA-Audio-Video-Mod-Upgrade-Kit-Fully-Assembled-/311640119064?hash=item488f32d718:g:nfMAAOSw9NdXtCW- I saw another topic with someone having a similar problem, and he had a few things he tried to remedy the issue, some of which did not apply to me, but I tried the ones he suggested that I could do (like removing the resistor to the left of the one you attach the audio to and jumping it instead, and removing the 3.3k resistor) and it didn't help at all. Here was that topic: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/215175-2600-composite-mod/ And finally, here are 2 photos I took of my console: http://i.imgur.com/Q6WySxf.jpg http://i.imgur.com/dLsvK50.jpg Does anyone have any guidance or suggestions on things I can do to make this usable?
  5. It's actually the Game Select switch, so momentary switch (or whatever it's called). I have a parts 2600 so I pulled off one of the metal caps on it and tried to glue it to my 4-switch, which didn't work at all as you might have guessed. I expected it to slip over the plastic somehow but it was just attached flush to the top.
  6. Hi all, I have a 4-switch Vader that's missing the metal portion of one of the switches. The switch itself works fine, but it's impossible to press with the top cover on since all of it's inside the console. Is it possible somehow to replace just the top part, or am I going to need to desolder and replace the entire switch? Thanks!
