Try to figure out which revision your two decks are- I have one that refuses to display Choplifter for more then 30 seconds (or crossing the neutral zone) - One that seems to hate pokey chips (blank screen often rolling or stuck sound) and one that plays nice but had a bad power cord (fixed now) Good luck.

Those (pinball) DO have money refunds available since day one

That and the 25th anniversary 7800 - This is diffrent there's no money changed hands- it's all his dream and his money outlay - no preorder - no bad feelings... When people put out money and there's a real or perceived lack of communication, or evil Jinn/bad luck/set backs are haunting a project or whatever and there's no way to get a 'real' refund - That's when people get ugly. Ther are peopel that ordered a 8000$ pinball machine 3+ years ago w/o a machine (Wizard of Oz) same thing, setbacks, bqd luck and poor communication... the LE's they ordred are MIA and standards are setting around in dealer's lobbies
