    It's late,...Maybe I'm missing something.  YouTube has ads now?  It didn't yesterday, or this morning...  Maybe  I should say Did YouTube figure out how to get around Adblockers?  Does anyone know?

      YT detects my ad blocker every now and then.  I use the ad blocker for their website but not their app because I'm on the site more.

    Berzerk enhanced from Atari- worth it? Yay or nay? Voice added - yes, diagonal firing robots, yes…any other enhancements? I’m seriously on the fence. At the end of the day except for 2 (tweaks), dropping $40 bucks on a game I own, have a sd card With the original and a few

    dozen hacks already…I’m almost just buying it to “collect” is then gameplay worth a new copy?

      I have the game.  It's good.  I never owned the original but the enhanced version is nice.  Another thing that was added is the explosions when the robots blow up.  Also minor bug fixes too.  If you buy the game from Atari, you can use the 15% off.  Just sign up and they'll email a code to you.

    Whatever happened to Matthew Lesko? I never actually understood what the product or service was that was "free", I just remember that it didn't cost anything and I was supposed to be very excited about that. as a kid, he always reminded me of the Riddler

    Phelous reviews Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night. To be fair, Filmation's middle management actually let the animators do more than trace off of model sheets.

      I liked Number Munchers.  I used to play that game on school computers back in the day.  It made math fun.  I don't think I played the other 2 games.

    Found a Flashback 9 basic at a flea market cheap. Got the SD slot working with ROMs, does the basic ROM types. Pretty cool.

    Sony claims PS5 is entering the "latter half of it's life cycle" What?  Haven't even bought one yet for lack of compelling games.  This generation is probably the weakest yet, same goes for X/S.

    I’ll discontinue my Apple Arcade subscription: too few good games, and the ones that are good needs a physical hand-controller to be enjoyed, and preferably be used on Apple TV. This isn’t worth it.

      I have Apple Arcade.  It's alright.  Not many games on there that interest me.  I'll probably end up canceling my subscription at some point.

    anyone still playing Atari 50? I played it for a bit when it first came out. Gonna fire it up today. I'm a huge Asteroids fan. Lunar Lander as well though it's just not the same without the throttle control

    Anyone have a Samsung Galaxy phone? Thoughts? Pros, cons? Im looking to get one. My OnePlus Nord just isnt cutting it anymore

      I have the S22.  It has a nice screen.  I don't like all the Samsung apps that are duplicates of Google apps.  Also, the battery life isn't great.  But it charges pretty fast which is good.  Overall it's not a bad phone.

    In the last two days my printer (6 months old), my UPS (2 years old), my refrigerator door (3-4 years old) and one of my work monitor cables (?) all died. I can't say I'm a fan of this era of planned obsolescence and "just buy another one."  Thankfully my Ataris still work great after 30-40 years.

    Fun fact: Taito was going to release this game stateside, but got cold feet with localizing all those endings and intermissions. The Super NES version did get released in Europe, however.

      This was an interesting game.  I played it on Ant Stream and beat it.  The boss fights are the best part.

    2:30AM  Rested my head for a few seconds on the pillow,  then heard 2 footsteps on carpet (sometimes I hear 3)...I heard it clearly even though my dryer is going downstairs, the PS3 is paused, DVD spinning in the living room, Central Air is going... and my hearing sucks...Also I'm alone in the house.
