  I'm in Florida. It's still very nice out, but the calendar marches on and says "Fall."

  I learned long ago that the calendar is a crock for the seasons where I live. Our fall and spring are very, very short. Summer starts in late April/early May and lasts until late October. Pay no attention to those solstice markers on the calendar, folks. Just go outside and use your senses. ?

  I don't disagree, but personally I'm not a fan of seeing stores selling Christmas decorations when the calendar still says September. I kind of like thinking about one holiday at a time.
