  1. 1. Yes 2. It's supposed to be 3.1, how can I confirm it? 3. There are many examples, I just attached some 2 examples above. Thank you!
  2. Just as an example, I attach this Atarimax conversion. Also, many XEXs don't load as well or they are buggy. Attached is another file just as an example. They both work on my setup with the Ultimate Cart. IK RCX - Atarimax.car Dr. Mario comprimido v2.xex
  3. Hi! I have a SIDE3 cartridge, but I have a lot of CAR images that doesn't work. I supposed to have the JED updated to version 1.3 and SIDE3 loader 0.69 Many Atarimax images goes to the memory test routine and others simply crashs. I have a U1MB with FJC firmware, with the 74LS08 glue logic chip replaced with 74F08 installed. What troubleshooting should I do?
  4. It shouldn’t be hard to add more scenarios. We can make a cartridge with 100 backgrounds if needed. What we need is standardize the image file creation. Maybe Homesoft could help on that.
  5. By the way, does anyone know what compression routine does Homesoft use for the screens? That would useful.
  6. Well, I rewrote the patching routine from the cartridge image. Now it should work with all the scenes on PAL machines. Please try it and bring me your feedback. EDIT: just replace the CAR image. The address used on the color patching didn't work. IK RCX2 - Atarimax v2.car
  7. Thanks for noting it! I see that que RC images are made for NTSC originally, and then does the patches for PAL. It seems that the PAL patching process for the RC version is different than the RCX one. I'll take a look into it. In the meantime, you can play it on NTSC.
  8. Hi! Attached is a cartridge conversion of International Karate RCX with RC scenarios added on it. Now it has 20 scenarios! It requires only 64k to play. Remember to type ADZM to pass to the next scene. Then again, all credits belong to Homesoft and @miker for this effort. Cheers! IK RCX2 - Atarimax.car
  9. Thanks for your compliments! Here's a new version. This time the colors are adjusted for NTSC-50 and PAL-60 machines! This feature is new from the original Homesoft version, cause it only detects the ANTIC chip. Any other feedback will be greatly appreciated. Cheers! IK RCX - Atarimax v3.car
  10. Attached is V2. Now it detects PAL and NTSC machines. Thanks @Philsan for the feedback! Any other feedback is welcomed as well. IK RCX - Atarimax v2.car
  11. Hi all! Here's a cartridge conversion of International Karate RCX. It contains all 10 scenarios. This conversion takes advantage of the bank-switching method, so it doesn't need any expanded memory. It works on any 64K machine. Many thanks to Homesoft for doing this excellent version! Enjoy! IK RCX - Atarimax.car
  12. It worked! Thanks. Also, now I'm using the "@com.wudsn.ide.lng.outputfileextension" instead of asm, as suggested on Eclipse.
  13. Hi! I'm trying to compile a cartridge image with WUDSN and MADS. I used to use the following parameter to compile with the proper file extension: ; @com.wudsn.ide.asm.outputfileextension=.rom But witth the new version of WUDSN it doesn't compile with the ".rom" extension anymore. What can I do?
  14. Does anyone know if a 74hc08 could be an alternative instead of a 74f08? The hc series are more common in my country.
  15. Hi! Is it too much to ask if it’s possible to add wav playing on Fujinet? I’m asking because there are a lot of educational titles that uses the audio channel to show contents and maybe it would help on its preservation. Of course, that would include processing the pulses as well.
  16. Have you tried on the Atarimax forums? I’m pretty sure that there is a rom compatible with 400/800.
  17. I think they could be an incompatibility issue on side3 on emulating an Atarimax cartridge. Do you have an original Atarimax cartridge to test it on? On the other hand, I’m not sure if Atari800mac emulates the flashing properties of the Atarimax cartridge. Can anyone confirm it?
  18. I have some boxes. Please mp me to see details. Currently I don’t have any progress about the City.
  19. Cool! I forgot I was involved on that routine. Thank you for using it!
  21. One game I think could be done is Toy Bizarre, from Activision.
  22. Great game! I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to see the NTSC version. If you don't mind, I have some suggestions that I think it could improve the experience: - Make more difference on the tone between orange and red. Sometimes I got confused by the colors being so similar. I see that there is more contrast using the NTSC-50 color pallete. - Do the animation launching the bubble and feeding the next one at the same time. I think it will look more agile that way. - Add an acceleration routine while moving the aim line. That is, if you maintain moving to the left or right, it starts to speed it up, until you stop pressing left or right. - Adjust the color pallete for NTSC-50 machines. The green looks a little blueish to my taste. Keep going! Congratulations for this tremendous work!
