  1. nope Once battery is dead which is probably is since they only have a 10-12 year life on the. If you wire up an external battery to it you can swap out the coin battery and then remove the external but its probably not worth it. They guy who will re program them didnt charge much but I would have to look up his contacts
  2. Its untested, so be careful. Once the save ram battery dies its dead. You have to find someone to re program the rom on it with a special adapter used to backup NES carts I have on that the battery died. I found a guy to program it for me but that was 5 or 6 years ago
  3. Welcome to the forums. I know you only by name lol Seen your name mentioned in the credit of a few Jaguar games. It would be awesome if Carl or Albert picked up everything you have left. Maybe we could even get a community funded project going to preserve anything you have that never made it to retail release. Would suck if what you had was lost to a private collector to never been seen
  4. Did anyone grab a screen shot of the ad? I would be interested to see what he was listing
  5. Wasn't aware if they were or not. I saw they sold for 300 on ebay recently so assumed they had a run and that was it like usual home brew releases on cart
  6. Agreed a Sega Gen 1 or Original Master system will work. If you want an original Jag power supply I think I have a couple extras
  7. I played Chaos Control at Sears also on a Magnavox 450. I remember they had two on display on sitting on the counter to a Magnavox CRT and one behind the counter playing Forest Gump
  8. I first saw one in early 94 at Coastal Computers. It was a small local computer store that carried the 3do. I remember they even had a huge colored neon sign in the window. I remember playing Crash n Burn on the store demo unit It wasn't till early 95 that I finally bought one at Walmart when they had the fz-10 Gex bundles for 299.99
  9. Those are good if you display supports 240p over component most LCD do not. They are mostly used for RGB Scart to component for CRT TV's like Sony trinitrons etc
  10. https://www.soldierx.com/bbs/201211/CGAEGA-VGA-converter-Upgrayedd This one shows you how to mount a RGB input and add sync cleaner if you want This one below is a good source if you want to go with a more traditional look with some scan lines http://www.mmmonkey.co.uk/category/misc/scanlines/ I have a GBS-8220 already modded with scan lines mod and Audio out that I no longer use since I finally picked up an XRGB last year. If your interested in buying that send me a PM otherwise the two links are great starting points.
  11. Guy guy to do business with, purchased an Atari 130 XE. Smooth transaction was always quick to respond
  12. RGB scart to HDMI are mostly crap. There are many on the market but most offer noise that makes the image quality sub par at best. Your best option is an XRGB or if your monitor supports VGA get a GBS-8220(cheaper option around $20 if your comfortable making a connector for RGB Jaguar) With out speakers you will need to fun leads from the audio pins on the Jaguar connector As for the cables you liked those are find and provide the audio leads out. You can easily hook up a female scart plus to a GBS-8220 I can provide you a link to instructions if you need them.
