Yeh High Sierra is good for security updates through November.   Current computer I'm using has Sierra on it (and I have others).   Getting information on a Performa to get new files?   Hmmm...   immediately I would take the hard drive out and use a IDE to USB adaptor to load the drive up with files from another computer.  But that would have to be another Mac ... which you have with the iMac! 

Long term for that type 2 slot in the 6400 there were apparently USB and Firewire cards which would run fine under System 9.   I found a "6400 Zone" of all things!

To get Wolf3D?   Not that I'm aware of.   Last site was more a way to get a card to get USB working on the 6400.   No, would like to get Wolf 3D working again myself.   I had a disc of Mac games once, but they were for 68030/68040 Macs.   Might work on PowerPC 603 Macs. 

As for where on the internet, not sure off hand.

$150 can be a lot of money depending on your living situation, that's like 2 months of spending money to me. I've spent all day beating myself up over whether or not to sell some beloved things just to get $80.

Thousands of out of pocket medical expenses can put a damper on things too. I am going to either part with some thing soon or give up other things if I don't do that.

Should get one of those OBD scanners for like $10 off ebay. It'll tell you what code the ECM is throwing on the CEL, and you can reset it to see if it stays off or not.

I have a friend who sold his 5 year old low mile Pontiac Vibe for $700 because the tranny went south on him. A quick google search revealed that it was a known issue and there was a recall on it. He could've gotten a free tranny. He and his wife aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer.

You spend a third of your life in bed, buy a decent one. A cheap mattress will cause back pain and poor sleep. Do some research and find a nice mattress from a reputable retailer.

Don't rely on landlords/maintenance for ANYTHING. They are scum of the earth. When you move out they try to charge you an arm and a leg for stuff you already cleaned/fixed, or never even used.
