I know a complete TMPW as well as the Pete Rose are near and dear to your heart.. and if you keep up your bullshit.. Sorry it wasn't clear..I placed a bid so no BIN could be placed.. and then 2 more bidders bid. So with that.. I never thought a BIN would be placed.. but then low and behold..instead of a BIN.. someone must have talked the seller into canceling the auction. I sent the seller a message this morning after reading my e-mail about the auction canceling to ask him what happened..and that I would be placing a HUGE high dollar bid and so would other Atari collectors..just in case he still had the items. I did not and NEVER had a seller cancel an auction that had bids. I have NEVER tried to ruin a closed auction. I have NEVER sent a message to a seller after someone bought their items on ebay. To me a closed deal is a closed deal! I have NEVER had someone sell me an auction item on the side.. too risky as I wouldn't be protected in case of non-delivery. I have had sellers put BIN's on auctions and I admit that.. and I have had people ask me to list BIN's on some of my auctions as well. Not just in Atari.. but in many different items. I am sure I am not the only one who has done it..and it will always be asked.. I am sure of that.. The Spider Maze/Vulture Attack auction is proof to this. People will always try to get one over on someone else..many blame it on resellers..but I am not sure it is only resellers who are doing it. Before many AA members knew who I was.. I received many side offers from AA members on stuff I sold in the beginning..so just because some don't say it..they still do it. Glad I was able to straighten this out before my account is closed..

Wish I could take credit for this one.. but I checked my mail this morning and got the bad news the auction was cancelled. Can't say I didn't try though...I'll agree with CPU.. Ebay is War!!! You win some..you lose some.. but the game continues.. edited to end the squabble.. I don't know why you are being so brazen by saying that you try to make side deals with the sealers. You know that type of thing is screwed up in more ways than one. It screws the collecting community by making side offers and two your screwing over the seller and three and here is the biggie.
