120,530 I can get to Level 7 without too much trouble, now, but I seem to get stuck on a spot just below the start. It shows a plus sign and I can't move. Every attempt to move is a jump. Not sure what I'm missing there, but I think I can beat this one with no deaths if I can figure out this level (if this is the last level, that is) Manual says there's an arrow that activates a catapult, so I'm guessing it's something to do with that, but not sure how to "not activate it"

I seem to remember playing it on something a few years ago and had more control. Back to Conan. I'm confident I can put together a great run on that one.

I think that's where you guys keep going in circles so much. You're focused on and discussing "what they said," and most others have moved past that and focusing on "here in the real world..." At this point, if we all just took "what they said" at face value and moved on, we'd be believing some pretty stupid crap. Member of leadership is NY Yankee Hall of Famer, I believe? Got it! I was being a dumbass with using the passthrough option, I suppose, and trying to change it before load it before the game, which I guess isn't the way. In case anyone else has issues with this, here's the thing that worked for me -- Start the game as normal After the game loads, go back to the menu (down + start) Choose the passthrough option from there Thanks a bunch for pointing me in the right direction!

Thanks. I tried that and enabling passthough mode freezes the console, so not sure what's going on. 🤔

Anyone have any success using guns with Mega SG > DAC > CRT? Documentation says it should work, but I'm having no luck, so not sure if there's a setting I'm missing or what's the deal. Genesis - Tried Justifier with both Lethal Enforcer games. The system doesn't seem to detect the gun at all. Master System -- It detects the gun and lets me pull the trigger, but doesn't register any shots. Both of these work 100% on real Genesis system, same TV, but can't seem to solve it on Mega SG. Thanks in advance for any info!

I can kinda sorta somewhat understand the Twitch thing, as you mentioned it. It’s not for me and I don’t watch it (which I suppose means I’m speaking from ignorance and should probably just shut up) but it seems like the digital/social media equivalent to people hanging around watching others play when we were kids. I’d play a game while hanging out with some friends who would watch, hoping to see strategies or parts of the game that they couldn’t achieve on their own. Or even hanging around a stranger who was kicking ass on an Arcade machine, watching them play. Heck, I can even kinda seen it as similar to watching game shows on TV, or something like Pool, Darts, Bowling, etc The part that’s strange (and sad) to me is the “next level removed” aspect of watching someone watching someone. It’s like, in those examples above, if there’s a sad, lonely creeper outside the window watching my friends watch me play a game. Or watching me watch a stranger at the arcade. Or watching me watch a game show on TV, etc.

So... that's a youtube video of themselves watching a youtube video or does it change after a few minutes? is that normal for someone to make content like that and for people to watch 1+ hours of someone else watching a video?

As a kid, I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't more like the NES version. Graphics were amazing, but I bought it and had finished it after a couple of plays and really wanted a bit more of the "adventure" type of game. I didn't realize it was an arcade port at the time, and just thought it was supposed to be more like the NES. Love the game now, though. Love the whole franchise, really, with my favorite being the 2014 version.

This might sound like a dumb idea, but couldn't we just use a couple of small squares of window tint/film and fix 'em right up?

Spent some time with the NES and Arcade versions of this game as well. They're ok, but didn't really win me over like this version did.

Didn't call anyone out or speak negatively because no point in that nonsense, but I was also thinking the real issue is was some dude(s) jump to the obsessive "gotta track her down" mentality over a girl posting pics of herself. Yeah, there's a bit of difference. The US version is super easy. I beat it after 4 tries, I think, and only died a couple of times from the final boss on my final run. I didn't expect it to be the end, and thought "where were all the enemies I read about in the manual? The EUR it a bit more difficult, not just because of the extra stages, but added enemies in the four "US stages" as well, including a couple of bosses. Still not extremely difficult, though. But yeah, after playing these a LOT this evening --- US version -- 102,400 Eur Version -- 193,900 Also, there's no timer bonus or anything added to the end, so unless we wanna manually add up what we "should have" gotten, your score before fighting the boss seems to be the final one, if you wanna pause and take a pic. I really like the game, and would like to add it my collection (the ones I've played this evening have been via Flash Cart and Mister) but don't want the US version since I'm all snobbish n' stuff. 😁
