The dedicated console/pong system market has been oddly competitive in recent months. Are there really that many stone-age videogame aficionados now, or are people running out of other things to collect? ?

Checking in at 2am. Playing vintage Stellar 7 and Nova 9 on PC. A 486 era game that worked well on a 1MB 16bit ISA videocard. Moody downtempo OPL3 FM sound from SoundBlaster.

Wanted a game like Miner Dig Deep, so I bought SteamWorld Dig. Didn't like it at first, but now that I have a transporter, it's not so bad. I tried to like Terraria, but it has too much demonic crap, so I gave up on it.

so I had a non working sears heavy sixer, and so I disassembled it and my daughter ran in asking to help.  So I let her pull and reseat the chips, and wouldn't you know it, the system just needed something reseated.  She was so pleased with herself

Things you do when you're bored: look up the dimensions of an Atari 5200 and how many people you could fit inside after you have cremated them. I believe the answer is the ashes of 3-4 people.
