I just listened to a Twitter space with the devs of the game- and they acknowledge and respond to people with such comments- https://x.com/PowerDubs/status/1781094734145937863 The Yars Rising part starts at 23:40

Although no numbers have been released... and it does seem to be rated decent enough- it does not appear to have had as much engagement as I was hoping. Seems the System Shock remake has done much better....so looking forward to it releasing on consoles soon. Maybe there are just too many Star Wars games....combined with 'super hero fatigue'. Seems many newer movies of that style are also not doing as well as the earlier ones.

Other than just oddball glitches...yea, it is pretty stable. I bought more last week at .125 I've had open orders for .10, .11, .115...GTC they never fill, despite me lowering how many I wanted per order several times. Heck- my latest .125 sat open for weeks...and I had to lower it to an absurdly low amount to get that to fill. So for fun- I bought 2600 Would I have liked to buy more 10's of thousands at a chunk? Sure... but it's just not happening right now. Gotta claw for it. People are looking towards the report in June. The current price is a gift.... From records online at various websites- Wade bought 28,000,000 Atari shares at a price of Euro .3737 per share Then there is mention of Wade having "an option on a block of ten million (10,000,000) Atari shares, to be exercised between July 21, 2020 and August 31, 2020 (extended in the event of a restricted period), at the then prevailing weighted-average stock price of the Atari shares, with a minimum of Euro 0,20 per share and a maximum of Euro 0,50 per share." Wade then bought 10,000,000 Atari share at a price of .4050 euro per share...and this may be separate than the above. Wade bought 8,603,0020 shares at .27 EURO Wade bought 29,893,305 shares at .19 EURO Wade bought 195,163,398 convertible bonds (convert to shares after a locked time period) for .15 EURO Although there may be some wiggle room in the #'s above for a total--- it is obvious Wade's massive holding of shares is at a price much higher than now. I also believe all the Atari stock now held by NightDive and Digital Eclipse was given at a higher valuation than the current price as well.

Looks like the CX40+ joystick is available on Atari.com

Everyone wants workers to have better pay and benefits....then they complain about the costs caused by doing so. -
Big difference between an arcade machine in the background...unrelated to the show.....VS an arcade machine featured as the focus- in an advertisement specifically marketed to gamers / streamers. But yea...there have been numerous IP court cases about background items on shows / ads. A guy wearing a pair of sunglasses as example- without the permission of the sunglass maker. Your tagline should say blatant ignorance / trolling.

4 mil out of pocket with an additional possible 3 mil earn out. Similar to other acquisitions Wade has done. Lessens the risk. This game still makes a lot of money. Wade just saw and seized the opportunity that Frontier needs cash. From the French bourso (translated)- One month before the launch of Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin, the British studio Frontier Developments is in a delicate position which no longer allows it to continue with its current workforce.....joins the long list of companies that will not complete the year without going through restructuring. Already in the red at the end of a 2022/2023 financial year marked by a net loss of 24.2 million euros, Frontier now believes it will have to go through a restructuring to return to profits and regain a certain serenity. The objective is to reduce annual overhead costs by 20% through a hiring freeze, a reduction in expenses and, unfortunately, layoffs, the number of which has not yet been determined. -
