  1. Thank you, @daniel.inforede - I'm glad that I could help!
  2. MAN! LOL this was supposed to be a dead topic! Sorry, I don't have it for sale anymore. Is not so rare to find it nowadays, not impossible to get one, though I'm not sure about the price. PM just in case you want, I can take a look around. Cheers,
  3. Hello friends, As I posted in AA FB Forum, this topic deserves your attention here as well: I'm also quoting @lazzeri:
  4. Nice lot, congrats. Amazing variety. I'll take the Canal 3 lot. Thx.
  5. Hey @Thomas Jentzsch, I thought this post could inform AA members who maybe have not seen the complete package. Even without having the game, maybe they can vote for it. I did in the best intention. Thank you for the comprehension.
  6. Hello @Albert I know you (virtually) and AA for quite a long time, and I never thought this would be a problem. Consider MAYBE IT'S CULTURAL, in Brazil it's very common people post on social media and urge friends to vote. In my end, the only thing I have done was this post (which I thought it would be OK, since I'm not an interested part, just a fellow collector), and I have told some collectors friends in Brazil. I believe it's possible they would register so they could vote, never thought this could be a problem (more Atari users for your forum). Having said that, I am totally against fake or multiple accounts, I would never do that. Cheers,
  7. AA friends, I live in Brazil and I have become familiar with More Work Games staff and their 2 releases, the only homebrews I am aware of in Brazil. Their second game, Rally Racer, is even more impressive then the first, A New Marauder. However, the most impressive feature is their packaging... I still can hardly believe all the effort they have put into this production, and I know this kind of stuff in our country is even harder to manufacture than in the US, for example. So, I invite you AA members to take a look at those pictures, and please vote for Rally Racer in Best Packaging 2019 Atari Homebrew Awards! They deserve! Thank you!!!
  8. Ok, I'll LYK. Glad this topic has gotten some active Arcadia people.
  9. Always good to know. Sometimes I wish I had more time to devote to this kind of stuff.
  10. I got it overseas. In Brazil, I know no one collecting this stuff besides me LOL
  11. Thanx, man. I have a Leisure-Vision and I got a CIB copy of the Leisure version, with manuals in English and French, etc. I believe is still more rare?
  12. Hello, Star Chess if you want: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/290635-fs-emerson-arcadia-2001-star-chess-cib/
  13. Hello guys. I have this CIB title in Brazil. I'm considering offers, please PM if you're interested.
  14. @80sDream, that is very, very, very nice! Thank you so much for the addition! Wonderful set that you have! That post is becoming a true reference!
  15. I believe it's more likely they imported the Heavy simply cause they were the first manufactured, can't think of other reason to import a heavier console other than lack of options. You ask this because of the manual? I wonder if the light/heavy difference on illustration pictures is of any major significance.
  16. Folks, please check my new thread about this subject: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/269794-japanese-heavy-sixer-legit-in-brazil-now/?p=3844283
  17. Guys, hope we can solve this matter now. It does exist - new thread (mine): http://atariage.com/forums/topic/269794-japanese-heavy-sixer-legit-in-brazil-now/?p=3844283
  18. Folks, I've seen some discussion about a possibly fake Jap Heavy Sixer on this thread: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/262886-fake-japanese-heavy-sixer-on-ebay/ And then this old topic was rediscovered, but the images are gone. http://atariage.com/forums/topic/249042-is-this-a-japanese-heavy-sixer/ I was able to acquire a Japanese Heavy Sixer in Brazil, it's in my hands right now, and, as far as I can tell you, it's legit. I have no second guesses about it. From what I've learned so far, it seems Japanese company Epoch Co. has imported some Heavy Sixers from Sunnyvale before the Atari 2800 was officially released in Japan. It's credible, cause the same thing happened in Brazil. Before Brazilian company Polyvox release Atari licensed consoles, some Light Sixers were imported and have experienced some rudimentary adaptations such as adhesives and partial translations (I have two units of those rare consoles). In the case of the Jap console, I was able to acquire a CIB one, and so we can understand what Epoch did at the time. The adhesives match (they are on the box, on the console, etc), there is a matching new serial number on external and inside box, it doesn't match the console serial number, I figure it's an Epoch internal number. Also curious is the games adaptation. Space Invaders have a rude sticker attached, I could say they would ruin the box, however, nowadays, it's a proof of origin, combined with the Jap manual. Combat is interesting, there's no sticker attached, and the original US manuals are preserved, possibly because the Jap version wouldn't fit in the gatefold pocket. So the new manual was inserted into the box (below the cart). Of course Jap silver games are much more beautiful, IMHO, however, those "first imported games", for me now, they're maybe even more valuable. Power adaptor, RF box, console manual, everything shows this is authentic. Hope you like it! Enjoy.
  19. Not willing to sell the tapes, only trade, Pong-Boy. I could consider selling the supercharger, PM if you're interested.
  20. Hey Polybius, let me think and I'll message you. Since nobody showed trade interested, I can consider selling it. Cheers.
  21. No problem, buddy. Yes, they are. They were made for a different purpose. Starpath, for instance, were made for better games, with more memory. The Brazilian cassettes were made to pirate cartridges, it was cheaper and easier to do at the time, I assume. I figure they were made before the company (Canal 3) have the technology to manufacture carts.
  22. Hello guys. I have an interesting and rare set of Brazilian manufacturer Canal 3 cassetes, plus the cartridge equivalent to the Starpath Supercharger, made to work with their tapes. I'm mainly interested in trading for other Braz cassettes, of any manufacturer. Since I didn't put my master list of tapes in paper, I'd appreciate, if you have any dups FT, that you place pictures on the thread. Obs.: Chuck Norris and Front Line on hold. Cheers.
