I am so sick and tired of ebay listings that state "over 10 in stock" and then when you order, they are all the sudden "out of stock" and want to substitute your order with unknown crap....funny how they are always based out of China too....what a scam!

  I had that with a US seller once on e-bay, where they didn't want to ship me what I ordered, and flat out refused to unless I told them to send me what I ordered. They wanted to give me a "free upgrade" on some jumper cables where you could unplug one end and plug in other stuff. Sounded like something that was destined for future problems...let alone, what would I plug in there? Just send me what I ordered.
  
  At least with e-bay you can call and talk to someone or ask questions about what you are buying.
