I really hope it's not my 7800, I haven't had it that long and haven't had issues with any other games. It has an s video mod and was completely shopped out. I currently don't have Xevious but I'm going to pick a loose cart up and see what happens. Either way I figure I'll get an answer. I'm wondering if my Wizards Dungeon cart itself is defective? Would it be any game that has two button control for different functions that would cause this issue? I'll let you know either way thanks for helping out

I recently bought Wizard's Dungeon and am having an issue playing it. It seems like everytime I fire my weapon the map screen pops up. The manual says to either hit pause to bring up the map screen or hold down button 1 then press button two. The only thing I'm pressing is button one to fire yet the map screen keeps popping up. This is very disconcerting, Is this normal? I tried using different types of controllers but it's the same issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thx

Wow I love the box art! I made it a mission to collect every release by Champ games for the 2600 before the last chance sale was over because what they can do with the 2600 is simply amazing. They push the 2600 to the limits and beyond squeezing everything possible out of it. I'm excited that's it's a complete rewrite and saying it's better than the arcade says alot. Also love the fact that it has the original track along with the options and paddle control. I guess I'll keep checking champs website hopefully I can snag a copy. Thanks for the info guys and have fun playing the game, cant wait to play it to.

Does anyone know if the Turbo Arcade by Champ Games that was just made available at PRGE is the same game as the CIB Turbo that was previously available on AA? If not how are they different and will it be available for those who just missed the expo? Thx

Mr Turtle for the Intellivision is a completley different game than the version released on the Colecovision correct? I never played the Colecovision version but video of the game looks different

One copy was from a March order that i received about 3 weeks ago and a second copy was from a December 2022 order which I've yet to receive. Ed first off love the game room you have some true classic uprights in there and a few pinballs too. Pinballs knock it out of the park. Along with the above mentioned etsy displays I'm going to also check out the u-line ones too, I like your carts are displayed that could be a way to go for me

Looking for ideas how to display and store my 5200 loose cartridges on the wall. Have similar displays for my 2600/7800/coleco carts but with the 5200 carts being odd sizes it's been hard finding something to display them in. Have a decent amount of 5200 reproduction carts and want to get them off my shelves and onto the wall. Looking for ideas...?? Thanks

Hey Al, thx for taking the time to answer my question and for the information it definitely helped. At least I have some knowledge with the first two games in regards to the difference in the labels. I'll keep on the lookout for that. As for froggie I'll just have to ask the seller for some more info before buying. The pokey chips definately make a difference in the sound compared to the standard tia chip that dates back to the 2600. That's why I love the sound on my 5200, the console I grew up with and started my video game lifetime hobby. Thx again Al!

Is there any way to tell if atariage 7800 homebrews such as beef drop, froggie or pac man collection have the pokey onboard without actually opening the cart? Only asking because I'm always on the lookout for the pokey versions but dont want to end up with the carts without the chip? Thx

Yea its available in the atariage store now, one of the new releases. As far as I know it has never had a home port till now but I could be wrong. It was a taito arcade game

I love it when obscure arcade games with no home ports finally get a home release, I actually look forward to these games over ones that are ported over and over again to every system. Stratovox is a perfect example so I snatched it up immediately. Heres hoping more games like this see the light of day...and fast freddie

One of my favorite arcade games as a kid, have many fond memories playing fast freddie in my grandfather's candy store every day after school. As far as I know there are no home ports and I've been searching for years for the arcade PCB to use at home with my supergun with no luck. Obscure and ridiculously difficult to find it will have to live on in my memories but will always continue to hunt one down

I have a brand new sealed copy of ninja odyssey that I would trade for infiltrator. I already have robot army so I dont need that one. Was going to list it ok Ebay tonight. Not sure how trades work though... let me know

ROCK N BOLT IS LEGIT, I HAVE THE SAME COPY. IT WAS RELEASED AFTER THE COLECOVISION WAS DISCONTINUED BY TELEGAMES ALONG WITH ALCAZAR. THERE MAY HAVE BEEN ONE OR TWO OTHERS AS WELL...MAYBE BOULDERDASH. THEY CAME IN CRAPPY PLASTIC CASES AND CARTS WITH SILVER LABELS. THEY ARE RARE AND TEND TO BE EXPENSIVE. METEORIC SHOWER WAS BUILT INTO THE DINA SYSTEM, NOT SURE IF IT EVER HAD A CART RELEASE.

Yea tried it on 3 different tvs including a CRT, also used different cables and carts nothing work so I gave up. Seller is taking it back. Going to try and get a modded 7800 with a different setup
