Well, I'm back from four days in the hospital. I had a heart attack on Sunday morning and will need to make a few changes in my life. Luckily the surgeon was able to open up my arteries through my wrist without cracking my chest. So glad to be home though.

Home sick from work again. Diarrhea is not fun.

I used to have bouts of it plus periodic constipation until I started taking fiber twice a day (natural psyllium husk). It makes you regular and pretty much you wake up in morning, use commode, and no more throughout the day (maybe a small one every other day around 4pm). Average person has like 5-10 pounds of waste in their bowels -- keeps them from being regular, and it's bad for immune system.
Target has it in their brand for 1/3 Metamucil price. Anyway, hope you get better fast.

I haven't had it this bad ever! It's been since Tuesday night and I am still not 100%. I have had it last a day or two tops and usually I am right back on my feet again. The digestion part, dizziness and fever lasted a day and a half but my gut still hurts and I am mildly dizzy still. That said, I've only had food poisoning two or three times in the past so I'll count myself lucky there.

Arby's has a new Diablo chicken or brisket sandwich out. I had the chicken for lunch. I like some spicy stuff but HOLY HELL! It didn't kick in until I was about 1/3 through the sandwich, then it got really spicy. By the time I was 2/3 through I felt like I was eating the Devil's A$$hole! They give you a small milkshake with it and trust me, you'll need it. I couldn't finish the last two bites and anyone who knows me knows that I don't waste food!

I made a Spicy Veggie Chikkin' sandwich in tribute! Haha...Sometimes ya get a wild one too. If you ask me, certain peppers vary in their hotness...Jalapenos can be very mild or very hot IMO, Ghost Peppers are pretty constant,...I bought some peppers a while back (Can't remember the name though...Kind of like Serrano peppers) But these (whatever they were) said on the label, "Usually Mild but 1 in 10 are Hot!" ...Found that interesting...

Yep, one of those things that's probably easy to do if you're a pro. It's a hard-won skill. So once you master it, you will then want to do other tile projects for others.
Hopefully for money. I learned a lot of stuff owning an old house for 20 years. I could probably start a small project construction co. at this point with my skills and tools owned. I think in Ohio if it's $1,000 or less, you don't need a contractor's license.

I've been a fan of the Monkees (and particularly Nez) for over 40 years. He looked especially frail during the tour he and Micky just concluded, but of course you always hope that such things are momentary.
I'd highly recommend checking out Nez's solo work. Tropical Campfires, The Newer Stuff, Magnetic South, and if you're looking for something a bit different, try The Prison (which is a masterpiece) or Rays. Micky just released an amazing album of covers of Nez's work titled Dolenz Sings Nesmith. Well worth checking out.
Rest in Peace Nez.

Bought an Arcade 1UP MK II cabinet on Tuesday. I received it today, two days earlier than expected! I assembled that sucker in about an hour and a half with my older daughter helping. This thing is really cool and looks great in my newly renovated basement!
