John if you leave it running long enough, do you start to hear the audio of the movie? or is it completely glitched state.
    Does fire-button pause it etc?

I can test it tomorrow morning.   I had a long day and have to crash now, but will test in the AM.

Did everyone see?  A new video about it from The Immortal John Hancock @swlovinist

What's especially nice is, first, he shows the Arcadia console (which I never saw before) and then he compares the graphics of all three versions of each game; the arcade version, the Arcadia console version and Atari 2600 version (if the game had all three versions).

Thank you for the kind words.   In hindsight, I should've shown the Spiders handheld which I do not own.

  3. I agree that it should of been mentioned at least, and there were some other dedicated consoles as well that have been forgotten by the public.  I have seen a few units here and there sold at retro gaming conventions this past few years so it is not completely forgotten.   As time moves on, more and more people will have grown up after this release and will remember different games of their past.

How many people are playing with a standard Jaguar controller and who is playing with a rotary controller? I'm curious if there is a pattern (and there might not be).

I have played with both and feel that they are equal playing this game.   My highest scores were with a standard controller, but have to say that it is a very enjoyable game to play with the rotary option.

  5. I am looking forward to offering a 7800 version of Blockem Sockem on the VCS.   I do not have a timeline, but am working with @Albert as well as @darryl1970 and @davpa to offer this game this year.   I would love to see the continued support of indie games as well as the inclusion of more homebrews.   A cart reader would be amazing.
