Spartanians, I'm wondering if the driver letter assignment in SDX is a tribute to MSDOS or useful (except of typing 1 letter less)?
What are you using / familiar with?

Anyone knows, why ld65 doesn't like static lib archives made with "AR rcs <libname>.a <objectfile1>.o <objectfile2>.o" on a Mac?
When I link the .o directly, everything works fine
Absolutely [emoji41] My first ‚project‘ with CC65 and Atari in general since 1986 will be a status bar lib in C [emoji2957] Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk
My next question is how can I access the mounted H1-H4 HDDs (which point to folders on my Mac) from SpartaDOS?
H: Patch is activated
When I try to access eg H1: I get an error 130
Hi,
still playing around with the emulator on my Mac.
After downloading SDX in the
Altirra and Atari800 emulators version
I see three Cartridges from 128k to 1mb in size.
Which one should I use?
What’s the difference?
Thanks Marco
Thank you.
My approach was to boot the DOS and then just throw the xex into the emulator.
when I put the editor onto the DOS disk, how do I start the program out of the DOS?
Hello everybody,
I'm playing around with the Atari800MacX emulator and wonder how I use XEXs that require a dos.
my approach:
- booting eg MyDOS
- loading the xex (here an editor)
in the editor disk devices aren't available (error 130)
Do I have a min twist here, or should that work?
Best Marco
