I see a bunch of new carts coming out for the atari almost daily. How is it done? How can i contribute?

On other planets everything works like clockwork, because the clock is stuck on 5:00, except on sunday which is a day of rest. But sunday has been moved to monday, which is now on friday and Friday is a workday. You can see the issue here? To fix this, Friday has been moved to thursday except for the 17th, where everything reverts to default.
