Okay everybody I got this taken care of. A 15" Insignia TV with a dedicated 2/3 and that new custom made RCA cable/game cable and the piece that bypasses the RF/Game switch. Having fun!!!! Later. Pepse.

ChildOfCv, So what you are saying is I take a Dremel with a cutoff disc and shorten the center stud and sand down the rough edges? Later. Pepse.

Okay, I will first modify the RCA cable and see what happens. CrossBow, I mentioned in my post that I have a game/TV eliminator; if that's what you are saying. Then too I think there might be an old analog TV at my late inlaws place. As for our TV's we don't have cable just antenna. Of course I had to scan for an analog 3 which is what I have and lost, and found and lost, and found. It is hard for the game to remain stable. That is why at the moment I think it is the RF cable or game/TV box or both. I'll let you know as soon as I can. Later. Pepse.

I received a good old Atari 2600 from my late mother-in-law's place. Chances are it hasn't been used in 20+ years. So, I hooked it up to a modern VIZEO tv and I found I have good old fashioned Bug Fights. AKA bad video connection. I have 2 games that came with it; Pac Man & Circus Atari. When I hook everything up and turn on the console the video is badly distorted. If I move the game cable around the video goes completely out and comes back in. And I have moved the TV/Computer switch back and forth with the same results. I bought an adapter of sorts that eliminates the TV/game switch and when that is connected there is nothing at all. So, I took the console apart and everything looks real good inside. Minimal dust; I sprayed some AIR around it anyway. I removed the game cable and replaced it with an RCA type video cable and nothing happened. Any ideas on what next?? Pepse. As a side note I am old enough to have had a Atari system back in the mid '80's and had a few consoles in the late 90's early 2000's. My wife and I miss these machines. Regretted we sold our stuff years ago.
