  1. was there other games removed? just wondering as I can't find the Return of Mario Bros hack either. is this one gone forever too?
  2. what do you mean? "Manage Ignore Prefs" in you profile options. add name and click all the options to ignore.
  3. I'm glad I got myself a copy while I could. I had a feeling this would happen since every article about the game had "Super Mario Bros" in the headline, it was only a matter of time before Nintendo got wind of it.
  4. I like the SMS, but it's far from my favorite system. I generally dislike the grid pattern look of the cases with little to no art work...it's boring that they all look the same. Loose carts are also bad because thee's no end labels. There are a few games on it I really enjoy though.
  5. the hozer website has been back for awhile now.
  6. I can wait for it get put in the store, I just didn't hear back from Bitpop so I wasn't sure if it was possible to obtain one. I like side scrolling shooters, but also it's 2 player co-op which I like.
  7. I had ordered the Silver version and just got it a few days ago with a note explaining they are sold out of the comics and they'd send me one when more are made. I also sent an email a few weeks after ordering asking about confirmation since I didn't get a confirmation of delivery and inquiring about MMSBC II but I haven't received a reply either.
  8. Just to clarify which ones I can't make out! Bin 1 - Under Mind Maze. - Under Guru Meditation. - Under Sound X Bin 2 - Above Flapping - Above Laserman '88 Bin 3 - Under Veture II - Above Space Invaders Vector Wars
  9. very nice homebrew collection! there's a few in the bins that are hard to see though and one without an end label (Pepsi Invaders?)
  10. I have somewhere over 3000 games, I haven't kept track but reached 3000 last year sometime. Not sure the totals of each though
  11. I'd be interested in a cart too. Have you tried Bandicam for making a short video?
  12. anything VGA graded is a waste of money.
  13. is it this one? http://www.atarimani...late_13686.html beaten to the punch.
  14. I see it more like giving in to peer/media pressure. Obviously Microsoft wants to move to digital distribution, they would have done a lot better had the Xbox One just went full digital and no physical right from the beginning, it would have been far less confusing. Next is people complaining that they have to buy the Kinect with the system even though it isn't mandatory anymore.
  15. I'm sure someone here would be interested in these. value of items like these can vary depending on who is looking at the time. I'm interested in know a bit more about this Eurocon cart though also, are these all PAL?
  16. I'm not a big fan of handhelds, most of my gaming is done at home and the tiny screens just aren't that great. I just can't get into them. I have GBA adapter for GC and have liked quite a few games, buy ya, handhelds just aren't my thing.
  17. Muncher is such a great game! I'm glad I got to work with Rick on the label and manual artwork! I got my cart really quickly too! Thanks again!
  18. I have a set of Tomahawk Joysticks, they are indestructible and pretty much the only controllers I ever hook up. I have boxes of controllers and while there's a few that are pretty good, the Tomahawks are definitely my favorite. unfortunately, I can't even find a place to buy another set.
  19. Thanks! that's part of the reason I wanted to do the site, so people case see what's out there and also hopefully a place to check out some before buying. I'm glad you are using it!
  20. I fixed a whole slew of games missing a description, added a few screenshots and started adding links to ones still available to purchase. Still a lot to go through but each day gets a little more done! The homebrew section is looking a lot more finished I'm also considering a WIP section for games that are intended to be a cartridge release. Not sure how I'll set that up but I'll try a few ideas.
  21. Labels - Damp cloth first, if that didn't work, a damp Q-tip. works better for things like permanent marker or small lines. depending on the label, I might use a little alcohol or mild soap in the water. sometimes I've used goo gone, had good and bad results with it so be careful. Shells - Goo Gone for stickers, then a damp cloth to clean other dirt and grime. really tough permanent marker stains I use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser but be warned that rubbing too much with it can smooth out a surface, which is bad for say a NES or 2600/7800 game as the plastic is bumpy. Mostly I use it ONLY as a last resort. Contacts - Alcohol and a Q-tip. dip one side of the q-tip in alcohol and rub both sides of the contacts (contacts facing down so extra drip fall instead of going in the cartridge) flip the q-tip and gently dab the contacts to dry. wait a few minutes before testing cartridge.
