  1. Really? "I'm the rubber and you're the glue"- THAT'S the best you've got? Again, I could not care less what those of you who immediately responded in a negative manner think. The disparaging words were a reaction to getting nerd/dork bombed by trolls- it wasn't the initial approach. You're the ones who actually did something negative, you got called out on it, yet somehow **I'm** the bad guy for not putting up with it. Which makes such perfect sense...
  2. I am open to a solution if any other sellers have figured it out. There is no common sense reason for such a difference in the shipping amount (from under $5 to over $12)- especially when I have the weight and shipping method correct (i.e. not Overnight Express mail).
  3. Calling it on '2600 Forever' right now: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bipolar_disorder Which explains the paragraphs long ranting. Sits around all day with nothing to do but wait for an SSD check, and someone thought it was a good idea to make internet available. Brilliant.
  4. I honestly could not care any less. You do realize that the handful or so of lonely, womanless trolls who haunt boards such as these by no means represent the entire buying public, right? I mean, you can't be THAT full of yourself...
  5. LOL!! I just made $20 off your predictability!! Bet the other two people here you'd respond EXACTLY in the manner you just did, and neither one believed you were that pathetic. It must just SUCK to be you. I mean, we're well over 30 years since the heyday of the 2600, so you haven't had any contact with a woman (except your own "mommy", I'm certain) in over three decades at least. Like I said: sad and pathetic. Also, VERY unimaginative.
  6. I'm actually very calm and relaxed right now. People will get **exactly** what you give, however.
  7. You do nothing but prove my point. I mean, you try to be clever by taking "mom's basement" shots at other posters, but what kind of empty, meaningless, certainly womanless, shallow and lonely life does one have to live in order to actually sit down and write something of that length? Not to mention the 254 posts that have made you a "Moonsweeper" on this forum. Honestly, it's both sad and pathetic.
  8. First off because I have a ton of them and it seems a waste to let them sit and gather dust. Secondly because gamers get very ...funny... if they don't feel like they're the center of the universe when making an eBay purchase. Thick, well padded envelopes with bubble wrap often got me gripes about the way I sent packages. OFTEN. Small boxes with bubble wrap? Not a word.
  9. More like people getting back **exactly** what they give... Of course, THEN it's an issue (see his response above).
  10. 1) Kiss my ass moron. A "scam artist" I am not. 2) It says $4.95 for shipping when I look at the page, and that's exactly what it's come to the last several times I've sold pairs of 2600 cartridges shipped in a heavy duty box with delivery confirmation. If I was a "scam artist" and overcharging for shipping, I wouldn't have 100% positive feedback now would I? 3) There's been an ongoing issues with the way shipping prices come up on eBay. I've spoken with them about it several times but to no avail, and I am not the only seller who's had problems with it. If your ritalin-addled, ADHD brain TOOK THE TIME to read the entire description, you'd see that I CLEARLY say to ignore the shipping prices eBay comes up with and wait until an invoice is received before sending payment. 4) It's over the top, hyperbolic rants like yours that remind me why I don't bother with message boards and mailing lists anymore. 5) Moron.

  13. Just wanted to post a reminder this auction is ending tonight. Please contact me if you have any questions or need more information. Thanks!!
  14. Up for sale is a copy of the book How to Beat the Video Games by Michael Blanchet, originally released in 1982 by Fireside Publishing. There is some general wear, small creases, and the remainder of a price tag on the front cover, but the inside is in exceptionally good shape. Pages are crisp and white, no noticeable foxing or mold, and the binding is tight. All things considered, an exceptionally good copy. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 300702682283 Any questions or if you need more information, just get in touch. Thanks!!
  15. Funny there's both 'Freeway Rabbit' and 'Freeway Chicken' with the exact same instructions...
  16. Unfortunately, no. That's 32 variations of the same game. The cartridge we're talking about has 32 different games on it.
  17. Not 100% sure, no. And short of me working with a hypnotist to try and isolate/recall the specific image from my memory (which can actually be done, BTW), I guess whatever it actually was is just going to be lost to history.
  18. I dunno. You have any links for me to look at?
  19. I was curious if anyone came across an NTSC version. I definitely saw it for sale, so I don't know how a PAL cartridge would have ended up in a Hess' Department store back in the day.
