    Packard Bell computers weren't so bad. Sucks that so many became e-waste. But for whatever reason, people loved to hate them.

      I was selling computers at Circuit City in the mid 90's. We commonly referred to Packard Bell computers as Packard Hell's or Packard Smells. They were definitely bottom shelf crap.

      It just too damn much! Maybe I'm just getting old and don't have the time and patience anymore. When I think back over the last 30+ years it seems like the 16-bit systems had a good balance. The three buttons on the Geneses seemed to be enough to add some depth while still keeping the games fairly simple.

      Enjoyed Blades of Steel and Double Dribble for the NES. Loved how you could just pick up the controller back then and play. Sports games these days are to darn complicated!

    Bill Paxton turns 60 today. Seriously, how many great roles and memorable lines has this guy delivered in his career? Movies are so much better with Bill Paxton in them.
