I don't think it was the purchase price that disturbed the OP. I think it was the difference between it and the resell price. No actually it is the continued asking for BIN's only to jack up the price and make $$ off the community. If it was just a normal BIN..I would have chalked it up as a good find... but nooooo. I understand resellers, however I continue seeing this guy do this over and over and for some reason most still pad his pockets..smiling. I was just in a bad mood and looking through some of the bookmarks and I see it again... just pissed me off!

It was, I just heard back from the seller (I have a new method to get information out of sellers. LOL), it was itsataritime who made him end the auction and place a buy it now on it. Well, for what it's worth in this debate (if one would call it that) Convincing a seller to add a BIN or end an auction and start a new one with a BIN is...well, uncool but really not a big breaking of the rules (or maybe it is?) Side deals however to me at least should be grounds for a slow torturous death by way of testicle stomping. theyreagainst Ebays TOS and in the end costs us all money. What itsataritime did was very uncool, but not totally evil, at least imo (and that says a lot coming from me who is always the first one pissed off at the rulebreakers who make ebay cost us all more $$). Hey CPU, After I read my feedback and seeing your post I sent an e-mail to the seller so I could understand what happened. As I said, I didn't ask for a buy it now..and I didn't make an offer.. however here is my e-mail to him and his two replies. I know I don't have to defend myself, I have asked for buy it nows.. so that is not my concern.. however I didn't on this one so I am afraid I found one that was done for someone else. so here ya go; My Sent e-mail: "Dear brandon5052, Brandon, I don't know who is telling you that you got taken? I didn't tell you I would pay you $155.00 for this game. I was bidding on your other auction and when I checked the new listings I saw this buy it now auction. I am getting slammed over at an atari collectors site and one guy said you told him I made you place the buy it now. If you check your e-mails..I did NOT off you $150.00 or $155.00 for this set..I just bid. I am very confused! - itsataritime His response; "Dear itsataritime, that's not true i have the deal with you and i am happy with it, hence the pos. feedback...i dont collect or know any thing bout this stuff....i do feel a little taken not by u just in general since i found true value after the deal was done....im not at all upset - brandon5052' And another response to the same question I sent; Dear itsataritime, you just found a bargin and took advantage of that more power to you - brandon5052 So with that, I think that shows I am in the clear on this one :D So if I stepped on someone's deal.. in a way I am sorry.. and in a way I am not.. :P :P

AFTER I did the buy it now, In my e-mail concerning whether or not the Malagia game was going to be in that lot and when he responded that all games that were in the first auction was going with the second auction including Malagia. I then told him he better cancel the origianl auction as someone would get mad if it ended and the high bidder didn't get the items. Looks like to me the Buy it Now option went out for someone who offered the $155.00.. whic wasn't me. But again..I did tell him to end the other auction since I bought it with the second auction.. so I can see where the confusion comes from The better question would be.. who asked for the buy it now? I know who one of them are.. but I am sure there were more as he told me after the auction he had a lot of people ask about this game.

I know it isn't your email, it is his paypal account. So you was just screwing with me... Damn..I got heated over this one. He also whacked me on my feedback.. which I was really confused about and then I saw your posting.. and went off the deep end. I could have told you his PayPal account info as I did pay him..lol But anyway.. no it wasn't me.. I have been laying low on buying..but when I saw this BIN I had to jump on it. I already have Malagai but I am hoping this one has a better label!

Just to clarify it for me How does hitting a buy it now cause Ebay to raise their fees ? Is that all you do but monitor how much ebay makes? I am really worried about you..

Well, I did get the buy it now on his other auction ( didn't offer a price, Just to clarify ) I was a bidder on his first auction as well.. never would have figured he would list it with a buy it now.. He also told me he had a $150.00 offer and just like McGrail..I told him I would be bidding more. By the way.. you won't see this one for sale.. it's a keeper! Mcgrail, I think this guy is OK, I sent him an e-mail after I hit the buy it now..just to make sure it was there still..and he said he is a man of his word and it will be sent..and I believe him! edited to include I ddn't offer a price.. I stumbled upon his other auction when I went to see who outbid me on the first auction.
