Not super active here (or many forums these days) but years ago I was very active over at Digital Press and still pop onto KLOV every now and then. I bought this new direct from Amazon during the original pre-order / release. It lived in my entertainment center for awhile and although I did play it a bit and use it to write a review - http://www.classicplastic.net/trt/issue027/#TG16_Mini - I'm slimming down again. Always kept well, works fine, and I'm including the power adapter I used, as these can be a bit problematic depending on what USB power solution you use. The second controller was opened up, tested to be working, put back in the box and not opened again until the pictures below. TurboGrafx-16 Mini boxed, includes: TurboGrafx-16 Mini console TurboGrafx-16 Mini console backplate TurboGrafx-16 Mini TurboPad Original USB mini B power cord Original HDMI cable (think I used this for like a day before moving to a thinner cable, I don't like bulky HDMI) Third-party USB power brick Box, inserts, booklet, bags, ties as shown (I THINK this is all of them but I may have tossed a bag or twist tie years ago) PC Engine Mini controller boxed, includes: PC Engine Mini / TG-16 Mini Control Pad Box, inserts, booklet, bags, ties as shown As usual, everything will be sent USPS Priority, tracked and fully insured. Three easy rules: 1. USA only. 2. Payment via regular PayPal for both our protection, fees on me. 3. Must be in good standing here. Looking for $300 shipped for everything. If you want JUST the extra controller, than $110 shipped for that. Open to offers of course but this seems to be mid range right now and they're only going to keep going up since it had such a limited release. If you're going to be at the California Extreme arcade and pinball show at the end of the month and want to meet up at the venue Friday or Saturday before the show opens and pay cash, I'll do $260 straight up. Please PM me with any interest or questions. Thanks!

I bought a Mac Mini G4 1.25GHZ on eBay, it's in the mail as I type this so I don't have it to hand at the moment, and in the photograph, the top of the case is yellowed like the yellowing you see on beige box computers from back in the 80s and SNES consoles from the 90s, etc. I'm wondering whether or not this is the same process, and if it is, would retrobrite treatment work to restore the white color; can retrobrite even be done on the white part of the top of the Mac Mini case without messing up the rest of the case? Secondly, how difficult is it to overclock the Mini G4 and how stable is it at the various clock speeds(1.5GHZ being the obvious choice)? If I proceed with doing the OC, is there anything I should be concerned about? I've done soldering on an Xbox 360(glitch chip, JTAG) so the size of the resistors and the simplicity of the soldering doesn't really intimidate me, but obviously I don't want to break something if it's extremely sensitive.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Atari-2600-Jr-Mini-Rainbow-Game-System-Console-NEW-VINTAGE/253197633147?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 I also plan to both get a Harmony Encore SD cart and also have my new unit a/v-modded having the RF RCA jack replaced with a 4-pole 3.5mm minijack with the a/v mod professionally installed, I just wondered where to send my new unit to get the mod done rather than do it myself. And of course I will supply the minijack and a/v mod kit. Better taking this route rather than butchering the side of it by having RCA jacks side-mounted (it looks kind of cheesy that route as opposed to the clean, sleek look the minijack would have).

I have some random items for sale. Payment via PayPal, shipment to United States residents only via United States Postal Service (USPS). Prices only include shipping where noted, actual shipping costs apply otherwise. PM me if you have any questions. If you are new and/or have zero feedback at AtariAge, I require a gifted/family/friends payment. For everyone else, a normal payment is fine (or if you realllly want to gift it, you know.. the option is still there ). Prices are firm. My feedback: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/156821-austin/page-1 | http://nintendoage.com/index.cfm?FuseAction=Users.Feedback&User=Austin Photos are at the bottom of the post. I apologize for the poor quality, my cell phone camera cracked and now the images are blurry and there are splotches everywhere. ________________________ Apple iPad Mini w/Retina Display - $150 shipped - 2013, Model ME276LL/A, 16GB. Includes the original box with charger. Also includes a Logitech snapcase/protector/stand. iPad itself is in fantastic shape and hasn't been used all that much since original purchase. Unit has been in the protector case since day one. Retina display looks fantastic. Logitech case plastic housing is cracked by the power button area. Unit will be restored/wiped prior to shipping it out. Currently has the latest iOS on it. Performance is still really strong on it, especially during normal web browsing or multimedia use. Hard to believe it's four years old at this point. Reminder: The photos look like garbage because my phone's camera is busted, not because the items are actually in bad shape (on the contrary, they are solid). Thanks for looking. Again, shoot me a PM if you have any questions or are interested in something. ---------------- *edit 4/9 - No interest in the gaming items over the last week and a half, so I went ahead and removed them. If you happen to be interested in something, check the photos below and send me a PM. Otherwise, I'll probably hold on to the stuff or trade it in locally in the future.

I have an awesome wife. She went to Target super early this morning and found herself in line with other like-minded people. Target wasn't open yet but they had 10 in stock and were handing out vouchers to the people in line. My wife was #9! There was still an hour to kill so she and the others went to IHOP for breakfast until they opened. Long story short, this thing is tiny! and very cool! The controller feels nice and the NES is just about proportionally perfect from what I can tell. The box design is also a very nice throwback to the originals. It just needs the staged pic of the family playing Super Mario Bros. :-) Nintendo put up scans of the original manuals here: https://www.nintendo.co.jp/clv/manuals/en/index.html I hooked it up and tested it out. The picture looks great and the controls feel nice. There is no noticeable lag. I tested by playing Mr. Dream in Punch-Out and it passed the test (even though I didn't make it past a minute ). One quibble though (and maybe it's my TV or something): there is a noticeable audio lag. When Mario jumps or throws a fireball, when Little Mac throws a punch, or when Samus Aran fires or rolls up into a ball. It's there. It's not a deal breaker and a lot of people may not notice it. I also noticed some sounds being a little overpowering like the percussion instrument in Metroid or some of the higher frequency sounds in the Zelda theme. Again, nothing deal-breaking. Overall it's a very cool, if slightly flawed, little device. Here are some pics...

I know this is AtariAge and not NintendoAge, but maybe some of you still want to check out a nice new homebrew game for the obscure Nintendo Pokémon Mini system:

What's the easiest way to get an old complete w/ case iPod? I've been looking to start an Apple collection and my first main target are the iPod series. I have checked ebay and most of the iPods for sale are 200+ with the case and everything. I personally think flea markets aren't the best place to find cheap updated stuff. Anyways if anyone can name a website or place or just something to tell where I should go for finding old discontinued iPods for cheap. For Ex: the iPod Nano 3 gen is more expensive than the updated version in the official Apple stores we have now!

Almost 5 years later and I still remembered my log in info. Anyways I still don't know what this damn arcade machine is. Just a prototype? So that means someone built the cabinet, but what about the game board? Maybe pics will help....Not sure how to post it here but it's the only pic in my profile.
