Some New stuff! Pics upon request. 2 more broken Xbox 360 controllers, one white, one black, no battery covers 1st party Wii U pro controller. This is the weirdest thing. It appears to work fine but every time I press (+) to start a game the system locks. 3rd party Wii U pro controller, Skyward Sword skinned. Syncs but doesn't respond. XBone controller, $100 bill skinned, I have no idea what's wrong with this one. As before any/all items are yours for just the cost of shipping and I will ship as cheaply as possible. PM with any questions or to claim any item(s). Thanks!!

I am just wondering...would be pretty awesome to have 3 systems in 1 if so. I'm always trying to reduce clutter and redundant systems if possible; so if i can make this happen i would like to. Since the Wii could natively play GC, and the Wii U contains Wii hardware, it should theoretically be possible? Thanks for any info.

Hi, I like to play backups on my Wii U but my current flash drive is out of memory. Can I format and use a second flash drive? Will it work with WUP installer GX2 ? My only other recourse is to install one larger drive and re-transfer all the backups... Anyone using two USB flash drives for backups? How did you do it?

Going somewhat off piste here, but as it's nearly Christmas, I thought - just this once - I'd post something non-Atari related - Lord Fortescue's Christmas Episode. Bobbety's lost Arabella's present, so he calls on his old chum, Bunty Norris, for help! I hope you like it. Normal Atari-related service will resume after the twelfth night:-)

So here's a great deal that just popped up on Humble Bundle! It's the Nintendo Indie game bundle! Available through the Nintendo eShop for the WiiU and 3DS. It's pay what you want with the charity bit as always. (I assume most people have done a Humble Bundle before...) Current games available are: -Pay What You Want- Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition (WiiU) Woah Dave! (3DS) Mighty Switch Force! (3DS) -Pay At Least $10- Stealth Inc 2 (WiiU) Steam World Dig (WiiU and 3DS) -Pay More Than The Average- (Currently $9.24) The Fall (WiiU) OlliOlli (WiiU and 3DS) Moon Chronicles: Episode 1 (3DS) More Games Coming Soon! These are all the current titles you can get for the meager price of $10! You are welcome to pay more to give more to charity, or you can pay less and not get everything there. It's a really great deal, and I can tell you that Guacamelee! alone is worth a few dollars and your time. A metroidvania with a Latino twist. (You're a Luchador... It's pretty awesome.) In case you missed the link up above... Here's another one! ---> HUMBLE BUNDLE!

I didn't see a thread about this anywhere so figured why not: https://cp.nintendo.co.jp/us/ That link takes you to the page where you can vote for any video game character to be put into Super Smash Bros. Since this is an Atari forum I am sure that is mostly what might been generated here I'm not a SSMB nut, the U version is the first time I've owned a game in the series and I frankly don't see why some people lose their minds over the game. The nod to PONG on the Meta Knight level is cool but it would be really cool to have a proper Atari character in there. I voted for Yar from Yars Revenge. I pointed out that Yar was done as a Game Boy game but also that Yar has great movement; has standard shot attacks, could use the Neutral Zone or Quotile Shield for defense and the Zorlon Cannon/Quotile would make for an amazing retro style smash (imagine it ending with the pixellated multi-color explosion just like in YR). Guess I could have mentioned the Homing Missile could be on Yars' side for Smash. Other characters that could work as standalone or as assist characters: -Bentley Bear -Major Havoc -Commander Champion from Liberator/Atari Force -Robot#1984 from I,Robot -Charley Chuck from Food Fight -Knight from Adventure -Elf Wizard from Centipede -Archer from Millipede Or any of the characters from Atari Games: Gauntlet warriors, Paperboy, STAAR from Area 51, etc.

Despite owning most Nintendo systems, I have never played a Zelda title. I currently have a DS, 2DS, and Wii U. I'm looking at Wind Waker HD and Ocarina of Time 3D. Any suggestions which one to start with? Should I even start with those, or go to the Virtual Console first?

http://www.gamespot.com/articles/new-tvii-feature-allows-users-to-doodle-over-live-tv/1100-6414102/ I've been waiting for new developments on the TVii front for months. Ever since I've started looking into the WiiU, I thought TVii had the greatest potential out of all its features, in terms of making the console more than just a standard Wii with a dorky controller. And this, THIS is the news I hear. Yeah, so if you've ever dreamed of being John Madden, this is the feature for you! Now you can doodle all over what's on TV to your heart's content. Lessons in talking loudly and stating the obvious are sold separately. So many things Nintendo could do to make this feature awesome... add DVR support, add IR support for AVRs, increase interaction with cable boxes. But no, screw that, they knew doodle action was going to be the thing. I'd been saying that this was a fantastic feature, and it would be just like Nintendo to under-support it until it dies on the vine. Dammit, Nintendo, why do you have to prove me right in such a spectacular fashion?

I'm looking for a good condition complete Guardian Heroes for Saturn. Must be complete. Case condition can vary, but that does change what I'd be willing to pay or trade. Trade is preferred though. If you are looking to trade, I have plenty of things I would be willing to trade. Just let me know what kind of stuff you're looking for. Other Saturn games I want are: -Bust a Move 2 and 3 -Super Puzzle Fighter -Skeleton Warriors I'm looking for some Wii U games. Must be complete and in good shape. -Game & Wario -Injustice Gods Among Us -Resident Evil Revelations -Sniper Elite V2 -Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed I would consider trading, if you prefer, just let me know what you're looking for! Thanks

Being reported by Dean Takahashi over at Gamesbeat. Of course I would agree with those that raw power isn't what Nintendo consoles are about these days, nor has it been for quite some time. However, given that the Xbox 360 and PS3 have been on the market for 7 and 6 years, respectively, I would have expected at least on par performance, so I am actually quite a bit surprised here. Eh, guess you have to save money somewhere in order to offset the costs of the tablet controller. http://venturebeat.com/2012/11/29/the-wii-us-processor-and-graphics-speeds-are-slower-than-xbox-360-and-ps-3/

I am posting this in case anyone else is having similar problems. The Wii-U seems to have a serious problem connecting to wireless routers, I see there are several forums already filled with frustrated users. My unit found the network, but refused to connect with code 103-1001, suggesting that the key was wrong. After a lot of trial and error, and a less-than-useless Nintendo online support, I have determined that I had to manually enter an IP address, DNS server and Gateway settings into the Wii-U network set up panel. My router is a Motorola SURFboard SGB6580 and I use Comcast for cable internet, all pretty standard and up-to-date stuff. The house has over a dozen laptops, ipads, ipods, a PS3 and an old Wii that all talk to the network without a problem, this is the only device I have that has ever had a problem. It is now happily patching itself, so who knows, maybe the kids will actually get to play something today, maybe.
