Hello everyone, I am Oscar Kenneth, from Kai Magazine (Developer of Ninja Odyssey). Here we are again to let you know that we FINISHED the second game for Intellivision (now it is in beta-testing process) and that it will be published by Elektronite on April if the betatesting process checks out. The game’s name is: TNT Cowboy An explosive Western Action RPG. Imagine playing a game such as Zelda or Final Fantasy, in which you defeat your enemies by blowing them up with TNT charges. Yes, this game is a full blown action RPG with experience points, level ups, money, quests, etc, but also, the combats have Bomberman elements. Just watch the video and you will understand (NTSC colors): https://youtu.be/Ws0aIlTEql0 It can’t be appreciated on the video but the game works completely smooth at 60 fps (50fps on Pal/Secam) but the video conversion and emulator and vsync problems make it impossible for me to record a 1:1 video. This game also features a real time shadow system which modifies the shadow casted by the solid elements in the game as they change (due to the explosions) and the main character gets affected by the shadows as well. This game took us thousands of man hours to complete and it is really big. There is a full screen intro with several images, an ending with the same, several complex BGM, many many areas to play etc. The game is more than 200Kb big, which if I am not mistaken, it is the biggest finished game for Intellivision ever created (not demo, there are bigger demos). I usually make Kai Magazine covers myself (such as Ninja Odyssey and many of our other previous games) but for this game I hired a professional cover artist who did a really nice job. I also hired a music composer and I wrote and adapted the music on Intellivision format. We all went the extra mile for this game to make it as big as we could. I really hope you like it and that you will support it so we can continue making games for Intellivision. On that regard, I can tell you that we started the development on the third game already. “Antropomorphic Force” will be a fast-paced frenetic Sci-Fi Arcade Space Shooter with humanoid shaped robots, weird aliens, multiple scroll layers, multi-colored sprites (player and enemies) and lots and lots of stuff moving on the screen at the same time. We will show you something as the game advances further, but I can tell you that it already looks better than Ninja Odyssey and TNT Cowboy. As we learn more about the Intellivision hardware we can do better stuff. Thank you everyone for your support! Special thanks to Elektronite, Artrag, Nanochess,Victor Sanchez, Miguel Angel Jimenez and Xavi Sorinas for making this possible!

The first pictured item sold 06/21/22, but don't worry, I have many more (45 to be exact) that are rebuilt, partially rebuilt, or still need rebuilding. They all get the same kind of attention as the one below. Many will be around the $145 price depending on console condition and extra parts needed than average rebuild. I will also have a couple separate listings soon with like new controllers, one which will be modded with the "orange peel" RGB Mod Kit. I was planning on using the 8 pin mini Din connector, but if you are interested and want the 9 Pin for Sega-Genesis II cable connection, message me. This is the listing description for #50 INTV 2609 & Pictures of it: I will include a game of your choice! I bought this "for parts" console. It was sold in Australia originally. I then disassembled, cleaned, repaired, & tested. I installed a fan to blow through holes on the side of the Logic Board to help keep the 3 heat sinked IC Chips to stay cooler as they are very scarce to find and prone to failure. They are becoming rare and hard to find parts these days. It also blows air over the LB to the DC Power Supply to help keep that cool as well. Blows 10 CFM of air and does a good job! Rated 30 decibels, so as loud as a tower computer is. Look at Pics! The Hand Controllers were fully disassembled and cleaned, Wire Harnesses tested for continuity on all wires individually, and tri-fold tracing also measured good. In fact, these Mylar Tri-folds are in excellent condition, close to like new! Look at picture! The Button Spring is lengthened for better response & a dab of silicone to stop plastic wear under disc. I disassembled the Logic Board case which someone else had mangled pretty good. I was able to restore it as seen in the pictures. The PCB was very pristine in cleanliness inside, as well as all electronic components. It had a bad 9600 IC Chip which was replaced. I removed Transistor Q1 & Q2, and they tested bad so I replaced with new ones. 10qF electrolytic capacitors which I also pulled and tested and replaced the two bad ones (C40 & C26) and 3rd as well. I also needed to repair over 150 solder joints as age was not kind to them. I then timed crystal clock to 3.579545 MHz with my Oscilloscope which was WAY OFF! Probably another part of the problem all along, along with the weak DC Power Supply. I ALSO added another ground on the 5.65VDC 2-PIN Connector, as is my policy when reworking any Logic Board! Using only the 1 ground on the flimsy ribbon connector is quite a load of work for that single circuit. That connection on Logic Board usually shows signs of over heating on back side of logic board. I always scrape away the "crud" and beef up the solder joint for ground on both sides of Logic Board where Ribbon Wire connects. Ribbon wire is in very good condition as well. Look at pictures. DC Power Supply Board test points did not test good, and all electrolytic capacitors needed replacement as they were weak. I used the more expensive 8000 hr rated capacitors rather than the 2000 hrs that are less costly. Inflation has really increased their prices, sorry. I also installed a Flame Proof 5 Watt resistor instead of 3 Watt stock. This one will never burn out! Then all power supply check points both AC & DC tested very good after repairs. AC Transformer stays cool, even overnight while plugged in. It is always best though to unplug when not using console. Reassembled and tested several different games & played for an hour or longer at a time to show any potential future problems. Operates great and hopefully for years to come and has a very great picture! I strive to give every unit I rebuild my best effort and an eye for details that I can. I can also rebuild your INTV 2609's or add a Mod Kit to one of my 44 consoles or your own. I can also add a fan (I have quiet 5CFM Fans also) to help keep those rare IC Chips in the Logic Board cooler and hopefully last longer. ACCEPTABLE VOLTAGE RANGE ACTUAL FOR THIS UNIT #50 TP1: Ground 0.00 VDC TP2: (4.85 to 5.15 VDC) 4.97 VDC TP3: (11.64 to 12.36 VDC) 12.02 VDC TP4: Unregulated 16 VDC (16 to 25 VDC) 22.9 VDC TP5: (-1.95 to -2.25 VDC) -2.19 VDC TP6: Unregulated 12 VDC (11.5 to 12.5 VDC) 11.51 VDC TP6 Loaded: (5.45 to 5.85 VDC) 5.75 VDC AC Pin 1 & 3: (7.6 to 9.4 VAC) 9.21 VAC AC Pin 2 & 3: (7.6 to 9.4 VAC) 9.22 VAC AC Pin 4 & 5: (15.3 to 18.7 VAC) 17.80 VAC

Is it possible to fasten this female into shielding like it originally was? It seems to have slipped out everytime I put in a coaxial. Otherwise it is fine. I have no clue how it originally was.

My custom Sears unit that I restored & modded w/ RGB and composite AV, plus a custom Inty arcade controller that I built using a Neo Geo X as a base & Grips03's PCB kit. I used a magic eraser to clean up the cream colored plastic, the backend was repainted, a paint pen was used to touch up the raised lettering and then the whole console was clear coated. A lot of time and work put into it all, but everything came out great!© TJW 2019

Spent a couple of hours on Pinball today. Have to say that I'm terrible at this game, but I couldn't stop playing it. What games have you played today?

I listed some duplicate copies of homebrew games I have on eBay. All of these games are NIB, never been opened. The carts, manuals, etc in the pictures come from the opened version of each game I have. I'm not looking to flip them for a profit, just looking to get what I paid for them. Shipping is free but if you want multiples, I can probably drop a little bit off the cost. I will ship very carefully with lots of protection via USPS priority mail. I don't plan to ship internationally, sorry. http://www.ebay.com/sch/cvfanpage/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=
