Hi everyone, its finally happened, I'm at the point where I'm ready to start unloading my collection. I wanted to give you guys the good folks at AA first crack at anything you might be interested in. This list contains something like 350 games, so unfortunately I'm going to start if off as a list with no pictures. These games are in various states of conditions, but assume the vast majority of them are working, have been played by me personally, and are usually in PAL UK version where applicable. Some of the older stuff like the master system might be Japanese or US copies, but generally is not an issue. If I own it, I can play it on a European console, as that's my near exclusive limit (outside a neo geo AES - not being sold!). Some are boxed, some are not. Some have instructions, some do not. They are all unsealed, there is no Wata level quality here. I'm a gamer, and these games were played. Please PM for interest in items, I can send prices for those games with images of boxes, manuals and state of disk/cart. Use this topic for general queries. I might be able to do pictures of specific collections of things, but nothing is in an easy to view format right now other than this list. Some things I can do prices now, but the lists are far too big. I'll try and update with time if I can. Hopefully obvious, but my native country is England, United Kingdom, prices will be in GBP £££ but will happily convert to your local currency, and give you potential postage to your country - just let me know where you live! Big orders I will try to do free postage, but all orders will be tracked shipping. If you live in Manchester/Liverpool, Cheshire, Birmingham area, Gloucestershire or Wiltshire we can discuss potential dropping off/meet instead, but note I live in Cheshire. About 6 months ago I started this topic: This was me processing letting go of significant number of games. Soon after I put my house on the market, and bought my next one up. In the process this took a backseat - and initially I had boxed about 100 games I was "ready" in mind to sell. This has now increased to something like 350, including PC games (hence why I'm going to start with lists, then will do pictures as requested). A few other things have happened, the work on the house has cost us considerably more than we planned, and the profit from the first house has already emptied to 0. We also had our car break down on moving day, and this caused issues with our buyers which cost us more money. The car has now fully broken down and we have had to borrow money to buy a 'new' (and by new, I mean 15 year old!) car. This is a bit of a boo-hoo story I know, but it leads to me realising that I have boxes full of cash I just need to get rid of, and I might be able to pay off the debt at least. I would also like to make sure I can manufacture some more Odyssey 1 multicards which I was planning on doing this month, but due to car - needs potentially delaying. Anyway... onto the list. I think there will be another cull at some point, but this is "second wave" culling and includes games like Zelda that I thought I would never get rid of. I've decided to get rid of my entire collection of N64 games, but don't get excited most are unboxed and all are relatively common-uncommon. PC: I need to form a list of PC games but I have already divided some up into prices, these are mostly "big box" games, though a mix of CD and floppy disk. If anyone is interested I'll try and develop a list asap. DOUBLES: These are just doubles I have for sale, I won't be selling any other games for these systems (1st, 2nd and selected 3rd gen consoles) Magnavox Odyssey: Volleyball boxed and complete. I'll take £90 for it as someone on ebay is going for that much. Atari 2600: Would probably sell both these games for a £5 to get rid of it. Both loose. Pac Man (double) Pitfall (double, I don't think this works on all 2600 machines... rubbish label before you ask) Voltmace Database (This is a 1292 alternative system, there is an adapter to use it in more common formats like the acetronic system, but I'm not selling it!): Various games, many boxed with instructions £10 each, 2 loose with instructions, £5 each. Collections being sold off: These are 1st and 2nd wave removals from my collections, other than the N64 which I'm selling fully there may be other games on these systems I'm selling in the future. Stuff like Neo Geo, Atari, Amiga and Philips alongside 32x, Mega CD, 3DO and TG16 etc are currently intending to be kept. NES: Adventures of Bayou Billy, The Bubble Bobble Donkey Kong Double Dragon III - The Sacred Stones Dr. Mario Duck Hunt Excitebike Golf Iron Sword: Wizards and Warriors 2 Jack Nicklaus 18 holes Kickle Cubicle Lemmings Mission: Impossible Pac-Man Super Off Road (Ivan Ironman Stewarts) Super Mario Bros. - Duck Hunt Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles Zelda II - The Adventure of Link Sega Master System: Note some of these are US or Japanese carts, but work on PAL machines too. Most are boxed, but no instructions, so I'm cutting down the price on most of them. I stumbled on to the PSP just recently, and am absolutely loving it. I'd like to start this thread in order to learn more about the must-play games, hacking capabilities, and everything people love about Sony's first hand held system. At the time it came out, I wan't really playing handhelds, and my most recent system was a GBA, not to be replaced until the 3DS came out. In retrospect, the PSP did quite well against the juggernaut DS, and the library is deeper than many realize. Info on the PSP: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_Portable I look forward to hearing about your favorite DS games, UMD Movies, and hacks/projects you have done with your PSP!

Hello AtariAge! I have the following for sale, or I would be willing to trade them/knock the price down for some Wii games I've listed at the bottom of my post. I have an Atari 2600 Jr. with a composite mod. It worked like a charm and is in BEAUTIFUL shape, but I upgraded to a 4-switch woodgrain with UAV and s-video. Therefore, I no longer need this console. CONSOLE ONLY. (I have no spare video cables and the power adapter went to someone else). $80 shipped CONUS. See pics below. I'd recommend playing this on a CRT over a modern flat-screen, obviously—my main reason for upgrading to the UAV mod with s-video through my upscaler was to play on my 4k TV, since I don't have room in my apartment for a CRT. I also have several PSP games for sale, mostly JRPGs. Pics below. Ys: Oath of Felghana (CIB): $96 Ys Seven (mostly sealed): $78 Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days (CIB): $28 Knight in the Nightmare (CIB): $28 Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade (CIB): $5 Brave Story New Traveler (CIB): $33 Crimson Gem Saga (sealed): $28 Feel free to post any questions in this thread. Also, please for the courtesy of others post here right after you PM me. "PM sent," "PM'd," "I sent Bixler a message that I'd categorize as a private one," etc. If you have any of the following Wii games CIB and in minty condition, I'd be happy to set up a trade and adjust the value accordingly: Ghost Squad ($12) Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles ($8) Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles ($10) Thanks! Have a good one.

I find myself in possession of some PSP games in my library that I got in a lot. Unfortunately I can't play them because, well, I don't have a PSP. Ys The Oath of Felghana Ys Seven Crimson Gem Saga Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade Brave Story New Traveler Knights in the Nightmare Disgaea 2 I've never had a PSP before. I guess I should be on the market for a 3000 since that was the last model (right?), but can anyone lay out the pros and cons of PSP gaming in 2020? What the best games are that aren't an absolute fortune, whether it's worth getting one now, if there are any necessary refurbishments I should be aware of? Do you still use your PSP? What do you like about it?

tl;dr: Play games from 21st century systems and post your times! For the second season in a row, it is time for the Modern gameplay tracker. The following text is stolen from Thegoldenband with additions by Iwantgames:) who used to run this tracker at the beginning. Here are the links to previous seasons of the tracker: 2018 So what is this? The basic idea is to post what games you played during each week, and for how long. You don't have to time it down to the minute (though some of us do), and estimates are acceptable. Then, at the end of the week, the statskeeper (that's me) totals everything up and we find out which games and platforms are seeing the most action. Each week, we have top 10 lists for consoles/computers and for individual games. Guidelines: 1. Be sure to list the system, the name of the game, and the length of time you play. Please note if the game has any alternate titles by which it's better known. If you list multiple games, please group them by platform. If you play on a backwards-compatible system, e.g. Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One or PS2 games on PS3, the game should be listed under the older platform's name. This also means that games predating 2000 played on a modern system should be posted in the classic games tracker. e.g. PS1 games played on PS2, GB/GBC games played on GBA, Wonderswan played on Wonderswan Color, Windows 95/98 games on a newer PC and so forth. 2. Each week runs Monday through Sunday (at midnight), though exceptions may occur around New Year. Try to post your times no later than night to Tuesday in your local timezone. I will generally wait until Tuesday evening Central European Time before compiling the stats. If you post after stats have been posted, your times will be counted for the next week. Feel free to indicate in your post which dates your times relate to. 3. Playing on actual hardware is preferred, although emulators are certainly allowed. In some cases (homebrews in development, rare arcade games) there's no alternative to using an emulator. 4. Our cutoff year is 2000. That is, eligible consoles and computers have to have been first released somewhere in the world after 2000. Basically any systems released around the PlayStation 2, XBox, GameCube, Game Boy Advance or after. Anything released before this time period (including the Sega Dreamcast) please post to the Classic Game Tracker The same goes for computers: we count Windows XP or newer, but not 98 or older; Mac OS X or newer, but not OS 9 or older; and so on. 5. Arcade games released on or after January 1, 2000 are permitted. 6. You don't just have to post a bare list of times -- comments, stories, gripes, and helpful hints are always encouraged! If you're struggling with a level, got a new high score, or have some thoughts about what's great or what stinks about a particular game...well, that's the kind of stuff that makes this fun to read. How to make the statskeeper's life easier: - If you post a big list of games, please consider alphabetizing them first (after grouping them by platform). - Posting your times in minutes, rather than hours + minutes, makes things a little simpler. - Even if you don't know the exact time, it's better to post a specific number and say it's an estimate. If you say you posted a bunch of games for "between 20 minutes and an hour", I'll just average everything out to 40 minutes, but it's much better to have a sense of which games you played more and which ones you played less. - If there's room for confusion or ambiguity, please address that in advance so I don't have to research it myself. Non-US releases, homebrews in progress, alternate titles, and expanded re-releases can get especially tricky. That about covers it. If you haven't participated before, or if you did and got busy with other things, consider taking part in 2019! You may find that it has some interesting side effects -- I've found that keeping a log dramatically changes how I think about my own gaming, and mostly for the better.

I've been looking for a newer version of Stella for the PSP and haven't had any luck finding one. I don't know anything about what's involved in porting Stella to the PSP and doubt I'd be able to do it on my own. I know Stella for the PC is still being updated, but does anyone know if there is someone still working on porting it to the PSP or if there is someone with the skills and the free time to do so? If there's any documentation on how to do it, I'd be willing to give it a shot myself. The reason I'm so interested, is because I carry my PSP and use it as my main portable system, since it's able to emulate so many different consoles. I play 2600 games more than anything else, but some of my favorite games won't work on the latest PSP version of Stella which seems to be from 2009. Also, if you guys think I might have more luck on a dedicated PSP forum, I'd be willing to give that a shot, if anyone can recommend a good PSP site.

PSP Hardcore is my PSP blog where obviously I talk about the PSP and everything that a lot of sites use to talk about. Accessories, add-ons, reviews you name it I attempt to cover it. Then there are my very short No Nonsense Reviews, which actually came about after reading a 3-page review of Bubble Bobble Evolution PSP and it still didn't tell me if it was a good game...It's a terrible game, of course, I did not know this until after I bought it. My rule is 1 paragraph or less, and keep them as short as possible. Do you want anything bigger? Check somewhere else. I make no apology for what I post, but I do take submissions so if you want to add something Message me. https://psphardcore.blogspot.com/

Works on PS3, Vita, and PSP. I'm going to grab them all. MAME is better, but these are full of retro museum yummies.

Some of you may already be aware of this, but I thought I'd take the time to post about it for those who don't know. The PSP is a really good handheld emulator system, but the cost of the Memory Sticks are a real pain. The Sony Memory Cards for the PSP are really expensive. Especially new ones. Most PSP games are rather large and having emulators with loads of games takes up space pretty quick too. If you already have a Sony brand 32GB card, I don't think my info will be of much use, unless you want a second 32GB card. OK, on to my point. There are white adapters that fit the PSP and allow you to use two micro SD cards at one time. After testing, I found this to work with two 16GB micro SD cards perfectly! Once formatted in the PSP, it sees it as a single card. I paid $4.19 with free shipping for the adapter on eBay and got a pair of 16GB Sandisk micro SD cards for $15 with free shipping. That means for a little less than $20, I now have a 32GB card in my PSP. I intend to try and test the adapter with larger cards as well, but for now, this is still MUCH cheaper than the Sony cards and works just as well. Another plus, is that most people already have some micro SD cards kicking around, since so many things use them now. That means you may only need the adapter. If you happen to have two 32GB micro SD cards, you could test the adapter with them. If it works, you now have a 64GB card for your PSP! A little more info on the adapter. It's white and says PhotoFast CR-5400 MS Pro Duo Dual Slot Adapter Micro SD HC. I've read on some forums that the newest PSP firmware (both factory and custom) allow the PSP to now recognize up to 256GB, but this adapter may not be compatible with micro SD cards bigger than 16GB each, which is why it needs to be tested. There's also a black adapter, but I'm not sure if it is any different, other than the color. The PSP can emulate almost all the older systems, so if you are going that route and only have an 8 or 16GB card, this is a cheap way to upgrade your storage capacity. I'll try to test it with 32GB cards soon and let everyone know if it works or not.

I modded a PSP a while back and been trying various emulators usually without an issue until I decided to use SNES9X Euphoria and Daedalus R1878. On Euphoria Super Mario Kart doesn't display properly it freezes up at the title screen, and Daedalus no sound at all. Anyone got a fix, or can suggest any other emulators, I tried one for the T16 but since the instructions weren't in English I couldn't figure it out.
