Which is the rarest game and which game is worth the most that you own?

Hard to say what something is worth 'till you sell it.   I listed a nearly mint in box copy of Oids for the ST (those boxes normaly get crushed) for £100 on eBay about 2 years back, given how fast it sold I probably should have asked for more lol

 

As for 8bit stuff, I can only go on what Atarimania says is rare.  I have a few 9's, caverns by titan software (a truely terrible BASIC game), Rick Hanson (an adventure game on disk), Magic Window (a character set designer by Quicksilva) and maybe a couple more if I did a full check.  Rarest cart is Monkey Wrench
