MattyXB
OK ok, was only a little joke. But I have found 2 games in my list. Sorry without manual or box, so I can't prove it if these are Quelle. But they look like the others. Feuerwehr im Einsatz King Arthur (I own 3 diffrents. One has a grey lable and the S.S. on the back. When one is from Quelle then this I think. The black lable has too a S.S. on the back.). Maybe King Arthur is not from Quelle. But it look like one. The other I think more, that this is from Quelle. But I am not sure, because no box or manual. Never see a boxed loose copie from King Arthur. Only the Double Game Pak. But in this was a black lable. MattyXB
PS. On GameReset are too some games, which look like Quelle. Der Geheimkurier Der kleine Bär Galactic Vom Himmel durch die Hölle But not sure about these. GameReset has picture. They look like Quelle. Marco(2)
When I saw these titles I knew I had to have these too, and indeed, they're in my basement. Just not listed in my havelist, for some reason. I cannot confirm Galactic though, so like King Arthur we should leave that one out for now. Without those we're up to 65 titles now: Alices Abenteur 732.273.8 Angriff der Luftflotten 495.4632 Aufruhr im Zoo 719.694.2 Bermuda 322.913.5 Billiard 626.6100 Bobby geht nach Hause 476.7745 Der flinke Architekt 343.3737 Der Geheimkurier Der Hungrige Panda 731.662.3 Der Kleine Bär Der Vielfraß 176.5437 Die Ente und der Wolf 688.3839 Der moderne Ritter 700.2231 Die Hungrigen Frösche 043.151.0 Die Ratte und die Karotten 687.4630 Die Springteufel 176.6542 Die Unterwasser Bestien 463.7344 Dschungel Boy 262.8949 Eddy Langfinger, der Museumsdieb 732.0526 Eishockey-Fieber 873.790.0 Fuchs und SchweinchenSchlau 806.1749 Gefährlichte Mäusejagd 719.551.4 Gefecht im All 147.443.6 Hili Ball 689.3028 Im Reich der Spinne 322.773.3 Im Schutz der Drachen 719.252.9 Invasion aus der Galaxis 495.563.9 Invasion der UFO's 731.322.1 Jagd auf Diamanten-Frisco 875.413.7 Kampf dem Steinfresser 463.574.4 Kampf im Asteroiden-Gürtel 719.302.2 Kampf um die Schatzinsel 719.163.8 Katastrophein-Einsatz 876.0134 Labyrinth 805.7846 Landung in der Normandie 876.482.1 Landungskomando 176.4331 Marineflieger 176.764.9 Mein Weg 686.5612 Mission 3000 633.7232 Motocross 719.3832 Pac-Kong 219.2920 Phantom-Panzer 475.6136 Phantompanzer II 343.273.9 Raumbasen-Attacke 732.0740 Raumpatrouille 731.064.2 Robin Hood 684.7339 Schießbude 701.1349 Schussel, der Polizistenschreck 731.273.9 Spiderman 495.663.7 Schnapp die Apfeldiebe 429.6638 Stopp die Gangster 377.9436 Strahlen der Teufelsvögel 463.8607 Super-Cowboy beim Rodeo 874.2546 Super-Ferrari 402.2729 Teller Jonglieren 685.996.1 Tom´s Eierjagd 731.5039 Top Gun 626.5029 Ufi und sein Gefährlicher Einsatz 732.174.8 Ungeheuer der Tiefe Vogel Flieh 465.3028 Vom Himmel durch die Hölle Wachroboter jagt Jupy 715.8535 Weltraumtunnel 292.6517 Winterjagd 343.073.3 Wüstenschlacht 262.7941 There's two more, with dlightly different box and serial number: Feuerwehr im Einsatz 657644 Kampf in der Galaxie 657644 And then there's the unconfirmed King Arthur and Galactic. jahfish
well, marco ... i have a problem with using the definition "quelle" for this list, since some of the other games were also sold by quelle, like the 2-in-one packs .... and since the boxes are more or less the same looking at the basic design with stripes, i don't doubt that quelle has given the order for those games, whether it was the "list-serie" or others ... maybe we should call them "german quelle games" or similar .... there's also another suspitious group of carts: pac kong - galactic - time race. these three were sold in many different cases and with many different labels. i wouldn't add the galactic title to the list since i think ... oh sorry, i'm not allowed to say i had a box ..... check your pack kong / galactic boxes. i think these have no quelle logo, although they might have a quelle price tag. i don't think there would have been english titles in that "german quelle list" btw did you notice? ccc---
LOL, I imagine Marco jumping around like his little dragon Well, regarding the Quelle shops: Yeah, I thought of those, but at least here in Austria we didn't have Quelle shops in the 80s. But it's possible that many Quelle games have only been sold there ... and not via the catalog ... hard to say ...

You call them whatever you like, anyone call them whatever they like - perhaps the "Silly Marco Category" is an idea? I'm just using the name Quelle (like the DPG) here and now to distinguish this type of game. I think these games form a certain category, deserving to be distinguished from whatever other games Quelle was selling, like the Double-Game Packages you mention (that actually have little in common - in appearance - with the Quelle games we were discussing here). You are 100% right, Quelle sold many more games, but just lumping them all into one category seems of little help in establishing which games are out there. Let's just try to complete this list and then work on others in due time. Now, let's not be interfered by fish's distractions any longer and try to complete the Quelle list Cheers, Marco

Marco(2)
Hi Günther, Well, at least they replied. Most of the old companies don't even bother. Too bad most of them don't have old records / lists of what they used to sell... Our own list is at 65 now, sounds like a nice figure for a complete list, I think Cheers, Marco
ren.dhark
Hi Marco, yes, they replied, but I thought we had a chance to get a complete list direct from Quelle. I was so excited when I saw the mail at morning So the search continue, but one day our list will be complete. Günther
MattyXB
Ok, I have make now a little Website with all Titles we found out. With the help from the site GameReset. I have too diffrent titles for them when I know them. I have found too some other games on GameReset. But I am not sure whats about them. Some I have never hear or see. So at the top are the 65 titles we all think that they 100% sure from Quelle. Most with Best.-Nr. . And at the bottom are some others, where we maybe need some boxes or manuals. Here the Site: Quelle or not Quelle, thats is the question If you know some more what I can add, please tell me. I search some Best.-Nr. and some diffrents names by some games. And I update everytime I find some new games or infos.

MattyXB
I have them on my site at the bottom. I remove them, when someone can proove, that they not from Quelle. The near complete list can found now here. Quelle
jahfish
ha! you see marco .... my "distraction is exactly the problem. i believe that quelle has been producing/ordering these titles. i would think that quelle has first released the games with their logo and the regular catalog number - the numers we are using (xxx.xxx.xx pattern) are the original quelle order numbers as they also appear on the catalogs - and then started taking off their logo, taer even chaging the procution numbers on the box ... i have here (boxed) super cowboy and Im Schutz des drachen, bith with the later box without logo and a shorter prod. number: Abt. 353 EdvNr. 657644 guess what? it's the same number on both games ... but that didn't puzzle me a bit .... i'm pretty sure that it's just a hoax to make it look different from the quelle boxes ... those boxes ... well they all have that "stripe-design" ... the quelle ones with a grayish tone in between .... the later no-quelle-logo boxes without ..... while most taiwan carts have that again .... they obviouly come from a same manufacturer. so i wouldn't really separate the loose titles (for the definition/category) for the boxes, i would split into ... a) quelle "branded" box b) quelle "bootleg" box c) special variations (like eishockey fieber with different typo and no stripes on box) another thing comming to my mind is that those specific homevision carts (#4 - #6 - #24) were also just bootlegs distributed by quelle .... does anybody know where these games were sold? or another good question .... did anybody ever see a box for this one .... ? also what's up with blacklabeled homevision carts? i have sky alien with a black label ... If you mean Jagd auf Diamanten-Frisco = Peter Penguin = Home Vision 4. I have it complete with box and manual. And this is the only box where Quelle stand on it, from my boxed games. On all others are only the seal Bei Öffnen der Verpackung erlischt das 14tägige Quelle-Umtauschrecht. But by Jagd auf Diamanten-Frisco stand this too on the box at the back on the bottom right in a pink circle.

Thomas Jentzsch
Just to start some more confusion: What about Sesam öffne Dich and Seemonster? I can't find them in your list, but according to an old Quelle catalog page I have, both where sold in pack together with two other carts which are on your list. 111.421: Sesam öffne Dich, Bobby geht nach Hause, Tanzende Teller 806.602: Seemonster, Weltraumtunnel, Phantom-Panzer BTW: Both packs did cost 149 DM each. MattyXB
Never know this before? They all from Bitcorp. And whats about Mission 3,000? All strange. So here the Quelle Site again: Quelle
jahfish
haha thomas .... don't try to confuse us ... we are not talking about the bitcorp games, they come in a different box and are a standalone serie of games from one certain official manufacturer, and quelle has surely licenced those games .... but do you remember that big conspiracy topic we had? we discussed where all those games might came from, and that atari and activision might have produced in the same factory .... there was lots of weird connections ... btw, thomas is really the "scientific" kinda collector, always opening up carts ;D i really like that, althought i am now afraid about what's going to happen to your new crazy climber cart .... i have one CC with screwhole ... so if you can't resist the temptation, let us swap our carts first in a quick trade greetings
