Recycled
I was planning on buying a new Colecovision over the next week from atari2600.com....I checked the website today and they are not listing a non-S-modded console anymore!!! I'll probably email doubledown in a few days and see if he has any. Other (non-ebay) suggestions?
Ikrananka
I'll probably email doubledown in a few days and see if he has any. Let me know if you have any luck. I've sent doubledown a number of emails over the past 6 months about modding one of my ColecoVision's and have had no replies

He was always good emailing me back...although I never sent him my broken CV. I'll keep you updated if I attempt to get ahold of him. King_Salamon
I wonder if he's living in the doghouse right now? I remember when he picked up a ColecoVision Kiosk and it was a little too big for the room he planned to have it in... a little cut to the wall/ceiling (not the kiosk!) and he was ready to go. I wanted to see the final setup... Doubledown is a great guy... look forward to his return!
Bill Brasky
You could just buy an ADAM for like $5 or get one for free. They come with A/V out built-in and don't have a troublesome power switch like the CV.

You can't give them away. The ones that sell for decent money on ebay are the huge software/hardware bundles or the ones mint in the original box/shipping container. A loose ADAM console by itself can't get $5.00. Edited November 7, 2007 by Bill Brasky
