A Sprite
I dusted off the real thing and played a quick game so far 619,000 I need some practice, but how do you people playing with emulators know it is running at full speed? I bought the game before I emulated it. To A Sprite: I thought we were playing on default settings. It seemed like a good idea at the time? I haven't been able to clear a window in my schedule to give the game the time it needs. It seemed easier to try to match the high score if everything was out to murder me as fast as possible - I didn't want to have to rely on saving the game where no saves would be allowed on the cart itself. kevin242
Okay I was just playing and suddenly my man started shooting a cloud of fire... are there power ups or anything like smart bombs in this game? I never did get the instruction manual and this could be seriously holding back my score!!! thanx
PressureCooker2600
Nope....no smart bombs. Just random power-ups like speedy shoes, flamethrowers, etc.

PressureCooker2600
Like I said....they are very random. They appear when they want to. Most of the time, you may not even notice them until you've cleared most of the level. They'll pop up alot on "boss" levels.

I dont think I am making myself clear I never had the manual, what do the power ups look like?
PressureCooker2600
One looks like a little squirt gun and the other looks like a pair of shoes. Another one, an extra man, is a tiny shining version of you. I can't think of any other power-ups right now. There are a few other ones. Lauren Tyler
I just got this game a few months ago, I'll have to see if I can dig it out of my room.

+atari2600land
IMHO the controls are easier on a keyboard. I know that may sound weird. I'll have to give it a second play tonight on my N64, though.

+atari2600land
Yeah, since not very many people have played this one, I'll extend the contest to the 26th at noon. There's also a GoldenEye challenge, so play that as well.
