Rf cable on VCR or directly to TV?

Hello , its my first post in this forum (but I was checking the site very often). Im a video game collector and ive recently found a atari 2600. I would like to know if this is better to plug the atari 2600 rf cable (Rf cable + direct connect) on a VCR or on a TV to get the best picture possible.

Welcome aboard! If you can go direct to the TV, that's always the best way to do it.

I could try it when ill have it but Ive forgot to say something. I got a NES also but they is alot of interference when I put the rf cable either on the VCR or TV.

 

So my true question is?

His the atari 2600 will do the same thing as my NES on VCR or TV?

Get one of those F connectors that Albert sells in the Atariage store, they give a much better picture than the switch box, but if you are handy with a soldering iron and electronics, an A/V mode will do it for you

yes the NES is using a direct connector like I can see in the atariage shop but gold plated and I still get interference from etither plugged on the TV or VCR. Do you think that my computer , close to the TV might be the problem? or the thing where I plug my TV , NES Supply and future atari 2600 supply that its near the TV?
