Famicom Disk System Repair

I have two systems. Replaced the belt individually on each one. But both give me error 21 or 22 when i try to read a disk. Can anyone tell me if it is the disk or if i need to continue to tweak the motor speed or head alignment?

i tried to align the head as it said but didn't have a wrench small enough to loosen and re-tighten the screw.

I guess i'll try that if i can find a wrench small enough.

Yeah, I don't understand exactly how lining the head up works but if you don't do it exactly like those instructions show it won't work. I used to think you had to spend hours adjusting the motor but that's not it. I've fixed every one I've worked on (about 5) since I found those instructions.
