retroillucid
Colecovision unreleased Cabbage Patch Playground ? Willie Berdan (supposedly) has CPK Playground/Workout, but hasn't released it. Also, what could ARD be (ARD rev 20)? AiR Defense, unreleased colecovision? Wishful thinking, but that was an Odyssey/Probe 2000 game...I can't see anyone at Coleco ending up with a copy of that. Well, you're right, I just wish these are never before seen stuff

Albert
I have to commend you for dumping and releasing all the binaries, thanks! I look forward to trying out the Cabbage Patch game and adding it to the database here once I grab some screenshots. The ColecoVision stuff also looks interesting! ..Al

VonGuard
So what order do these go in? Tempest Start with Revision 0 then move up to revision 9. Note that there are dates in some of the file names. Those are all dates in 1984. Also, for any Coleco people out there, we need help making the Coleco roms work. Look at the file and you'll see what needs to be done.

Shawn
Wow, and this game is REALLY good to boot! I mean its cool and all when proto's surface but when the game is awesome on top of that... yeeeehaaaaw Thanks so much! And now the question begs why was this not released in '84 cause I know I would have asked my parents to buy it for me. In '84 boys, girls and grandma's where all into cabbage patch kids. This would have sold many copies for sure. Of the better Coleco games without a doubt.

I have them in this order (my file names) cbpark 5-24-84 cbpark 6-14-84 cbpark 6-??-84 (labeled revision 2) cbpark 6-29-84 cbpark 7-3-84 cbpark 7-27-84 cbpark 8-21-84 cbpark 9-4-84 cbpark 9-7-84 cbpark 9-13-84 There are also two 9-13's in there so I'm not sure which one is correct. VonGuard
Hey everyone, no need to merge files. Redownload the ROM zips I have on my site blog.gism.net as I have pasted in the ROMs as Kevtris fixed them into working order. Anyone have a clue what Dragon 80 should be named? I can't even imagine what the game was supposed to be. Maybe Dragonslayer?

joesmooth
So, the fellow who's agreed to dump these has a BP Microsystems BP-1200 . Anyone know if this will be capable of reading the EPROMs? Will we have to worry about inversion or voltage? That's a professional programmer with socket module support, definitely no cheapie. (you're lucky to find those for under $500 used) Anyone who owns one should know what he's doing. These 2716 and 2732 chips will be no sweat for it. Thanks. That was my programmer. FWIW, the Intel 2763 EPROMs were apparently just 2764s factory-programmed by Intel with the customer's code. They read fine as 2764s. Thanks, too, to Von Guard for releasing these to the community. It was a fun time today. Nervous and excited, hoping that every time I pressed "Read" my programmer wouldn't explode in some unfortunate stroke of bad luck. I was honestly surprised that all of them read fine and matched checksums that were written on some of the labels. Maybe "bit rot" is slightly over-rated... Tempest While we were dumping them, we were wondering about those... cbpark2-atari-7-3-AD79-rev3.bin cbpark3-atari-6-29-AD79.bin Seeing that the checksum is the same, the game is likely 100% exact (hence the same checksum). I think the naming convention changed, since the revisions started with cbpark0 being rev 1, which was confusing. I don't remember what the labels looked like (Von Guard?) but they might just be the same ROM burned by two different people. Joe
