We negotiated and agreed on a price of $350 shipped for a nice collection of boxed Vectrex games and a system. When I asked for his paypal address, I got no reply for two days, yet he continued to post and start new for sale threads in the marketplace. When I saw him bump the Vectrex thread as if he was looking for more offers on it, I questioned him about it and he told me he just had no way of shipping it right now and was also way too busy. I decided then that I no longer wished to pursue the sale further, told him as much. He agreed to not complete. There are absolutely no scratches, scuff marks, or dings of any kind on the system itself!"
