"Thrustmaster" gamepad.. (Elecom? TIGEREX?) I'm confused.

So yeah. I found these gamepads at a garage sale years ago, almost identical to the original US Sega Saturn controllers. They're labeled as THRUSTMASTER. I've never been able to find any drivers for it or make it work or anything. I really want to get this thing working. If anybody knows anything about this controller, please help! I've been googling for hours and everything I'm finding is Japanese. (at least I'm finding something this time though, had to take the damn thing apart and look at the board to find ANYTHING out..) Maybe a taiwanese bootleg controller or something? Although the sticker on the back says made in China... damn i'm confused..
