oyamafamily Posted June 19, 2010 Share Posted June 19, 2010 (edited) OYAMAFAMILY TIPS: To decrease the risk of collision with the enemies and missiles, I often use the following tactics: 1) Mountain Zone / Stick Zone: Ship positioned at the left side of the screen. 2) Rainbow Zones / Bleak Zone: Ship positioned at the center of the screen. 3) Stripped Zone: I always move the ship to the right because it's the side more confortable, with less risk of collision. 4) City of Mystery: Sometimes I destroy Gond immediately; it's better to get 2000 bonus points than to lose a life. 5) In the Bleak Zone, I often dock with Kemlus THREE TIMES per tunnel in order to earn 3270 bonus points. Sometimes my bullets are going right through the force field generators and I can't shoot them enough in time to avoid hitting them or the moving barrier behind them. In the last game, this happened three times in a row. Also, I find that the wreckage from my enemies is also killing me, but that's easy to avoid hitting. Gonna try on the 7800 because I know my heavy sixer has had issues with one other game. EDIT: On the 7800, my missiles were passing through the Helms/Ammos.
