ti99iuc Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 (edited) Hi ! i would want condivide with all you my FIRST PROJECT for TI-99 ;-D i will add here my new progress. i cleaned my Strange PEB as you can see in the picture and saved the better things... after i enjoyed creating the housing for the HxC LCD ... You Like ? To do this I had to cut the plastic front of the PEB and the metal part, after the hole is created i insert in the LCD screen... Now the front is done... ... meybe i will change the frame but the idea is almost here... now i must create the buttons (Right, Center and Left)... but most important i must understand how do i connect the new strange power AC to power on my PEB... ! :-( for me is too much difficult, i do not understand how i can do that... someone can help me about ? these are all the picture ! The LCD going to display the names of the programs will start to load... the buttons i will mount on the front will be necessary for choise of the program. Gazoo Hi Gazoo !!! i purchased the card from an American TI's User. Him Wrote me that the Card was modified for format and read 360Kb floppy and linked to me at this page: http://www.mainbyte.com/ti99/hardware/peb/corcomp_drive.html so i intended 80tracks floppy...maybe i wrong ? The Corcomp FDC DSR only supports 40 tracks. It supports 360k DSDD out of the box with no modifications. No one has yet modified it for 80 tracks.
