Intellivision Info/Resources/FAQ

Recommended Posts

The classic FAQ has been updated. New answers include facts about the Intellivision Baseball League, people  and personalities, prototype information contributed by  @classicgamer74, along with some FAQ body nips and tucks.

Please review/enjoy. If you see anything that needs to be added or updated or removed, please let me know, and I will let the folks at Intv Prime archives division get on it.

Thanks!

Recently I have received a Mattel Intellivision from one of my parents friends, who kept the boxes and manuals to every single game. I running into a fuzzy image, even when I clean the cartridge slot I still have to fettle with it to work. Some games work fine, while others are completely unplayable even when they do work. From my research so far it may be a chip issue or bad capacitor. I also don't have the best soldering skills. I am using a hdtv, but I do not think that would matter because I have Atari 2600 and its...

Long live The Wayback Machine.

Was doing some housekeeping on the Intellivision FAQ, and went to this link:

https://web.stanford.edu/group/htgg/sts145papers/jtam_2002_1.pdf

but Stanford recently(?) put a security wall around the content.

Going to the 2018 version of the page, it still exists:

whew. The content is "Intellivision: Its Legacy, and the evolution of baseball video games" by Jeffrey Tam.

Seems to be the right topic to ask for help...

I recently made an account on https://www.intellivisionrevolutionforum.com/ received activation link, all ok. Cannot login, system says my user does not exist. Well, I do try to reset my password, which requires both username and e-mail, upon which i am informed there is a mismatch between an e-mail and the login I posted. Well, I can clearly say from activation mail that the data was ok. I tried websites contact form, but no reply has been sent.

Since I see here and there many same faces, could someone please contact https://www.intellivisionrevolutionforum.com/  admins to look at my case? thanks in advance :)

Sorry my guy, but info on the Atari Age forum related to the classic Intellivision FAQ is not actually connected to any login issues you might have on the Intellivision Revolution forum. You could try sending a direct message to @Rev and see if he can help, but not here.
