Why I prefer emulation

I prefer to think of myself as a casual accumulator. Nowadays. And only for Apple II, TRS-80 Pocket Computers 1,2 and 4. And old PC hardware I used to have.

 

I remember when I had a 3-car garage filled with tons and tons of this stuff. Comical and amusing to a point. There were times I had to have a buddy stand by ready to yank the door down once I got a running start. A running start to crash into the stuff and force it further back so the door would close properly. Force push slam. Boom! Force push slam. Boom! Fuck'n crazytimes.

 

It's just too cool for school to be able to put so much stuff on a tiny SSD or even 2.5 HDD. And leave the preservation of the physical item to someone else? Well that's just golden.
