+stupus
Probably using fake PayPal accounts made with disposable credit cards. Or hoping for large volume sales that they figure at least some percent won't take the time or be successful with a chargeback....or both. Atari_Bill
These are scams that I keep seeing as of late from China . I have seen a ton of these from China lately. Rediculous low priced BIN with free shipping. Seriously? Pathetic scammers.
+stupus
Yeah it seems to be greatly increasing....you would think ebay would easily notice....I guess as long as they get their 10% they are happy to let the scams roll.

majestyx
The picture was a loose CV (off-center, just the console), but the few word description had it as Brand New.

Atari_Bill
Alright, who here is selling off one AMAZING sealed Colecovision collection??? Not sure if they are a member here or not but DAMN! Nice selection of sealed stuff. Some I've never seen come up sealed before. Upon further inspection it's not just Coleco items either. What a nice collection getting sold off by this owner. Shame I have no shot at any of it. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Word-Feud-for-Colecovision-Xonox-1983-New-in-Shrink-Wrapped-Box/162719308374?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Donkey-Kong-2411-Colecovision-1982-New-in-Factroy-Sealed-Box-/162719205588?hash=item25e2d208d4:g:0PMAAOSwvTpZ6Xdi https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wizard-of-Ids-Wiz-Math-for-Colecovision-Sierra-1984-New-in-Shrink-Wrapped-/162719308223?hash=item25e2d399bf:g:4fwAAOSwTEJZ6Z5M

As such, I think I would steer clear of the items.

ValkerieSilk
Ehhh...New? eBay Auction -- Item Number: 253220407650 "From the private collection of an ex employee at arcade magazine. He was in charge of review and write up of anything to do with games and consoles. Most of the collection had been in storage for over a year until it was obtained by me. I tested this item over a year ago and it worked. I can not say if its working now. I did place it back in my storage and sealed it in a bin. Comes with owners manual and power cord." No mold fortunately. I certainly doubt everything else is new shrink wrapped, but I would buy it if the price is right. Also got a Word Feud CIB in $226 from another vendor, feel bad for the guy who bought the "sealed" one in 678 because if you buy a sealed one, you need to open it to check if it was indeed sealed... so it will stand sealed till the end of the times. offbase
Full disclosure, these are my listings. I'm hoping I didn't price too high (it's hard to tell the going price for these boxes / games, as they don't come up very often). Unfortunately need the money to help with some personal matters, so starting to put up some of my more rarer items. Would love everyone's collective feedback and also to see if anyone is interested in one (or all) of them. Open to offers as well. Thanks! https://www.ebay.com/itm/302532943512?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/302532938180?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/302532932864?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 https://www.ebay.com/itm/302532914767?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
