a8isa1 Posted September 27, 2011 Share Posted September 27, 2011 I suspect that Leader Board and QMEG+ OS 4.04 do not play nicely together. I had a good game going when I thought Leader Board miscounted a penalty stroke. Since it doesn't list the par for each hole on the scoreboard I wasn't sure. On the 9th hole I had a blow-up, 3 shots in the water yet my score was only 7! Leader Board definitely didn't count my penalties on that hole but on two holes it had. I kept playing making to see what would happen. At the 15th hole I was presented with the golfer, the tee box, and the flag sitting in a sea of water. There was no land! LOL The 800XL stopped responding at that point. I tried to take a picture but to do that I have switch monitors and then swing it around so I have enough room for the camera to focus. I must have jarred something because my 800XL rebooted, hence no picture.. I'll try playing again with the stock XL OS. Hopefully that's the fix. littleman jack Posted September 28, 2011 Share Posted September 28, 2011 Hi all, As some of you on here are aware, I'm currently awaiting an operation on my spine so unfortunately I won't be able to take part in this team competition round (just my luck, I might have stood a chance with Deteacher on my side! ) Shame as well as there are some great games (and some of my faves) in the mix. If I do get chance to throw in a couple of scores for Deteachers team, will they be acceptable? I'll be back in the HSC rounds later on to try and make up for it though! My scores for today: Just finished a terrible round on Leaderboard Course 3 - it was going relatively badly then 12 on the 16th where I couldn't hit a straight ball... total 87 +15 eek. Ball Blazer (much harder than the Ball Blaster copy I am familiar with) "Series A" Droid 3 Won 8:2 Droid 5 Lost 8:2 Droid 7 Lost 10:0 2m15s remaining!!! Serpetine is a game I know I should do well at being that I own the mighty Nibbler but ALAS... slight improvement 10,850. Kik-Start had another crack at Race J - exactly the same time! Race "E" 84.24 Race "G" 94.62 Race "I" 88.92 asisa1 - atarionline.pl have a bunch of ATR/XEXs for the golf (checkout my island shot below!) I settled on V4. V7 did not work in my cart image the update for which is included below. I didn't bothertrying any others. I guess we have to live with Leader Board Golf not counting penalties. Here's my first entry for this HSC round. As far as can tell Leader Board Golf doesn't count penalty strokes at all so every time you hit the water or go off the screen (out of bounds) add 1 stroke. Consider my first round as just practice. Press F2-F4 one of them should be option - you're starting on Brige 5 Hope you're good at Ball Blaster (you might remember this one) if not were going to get out Team Butt kicked (yes we have a team butt) Had another Round 3 on Leaderboard and made a respectable 77 +5 on pro a8 seems to count the penalties for o.o.bounds/water here (PAL 130XE) I'm fairly certain; so not sure what's going on... anyone else had this my back isn't great either and stupidly I'm playing golf for real (ok Par 3) with Diz tomorrow (will beg her to join our team) and Mr Case on Sat... heat wave in England 27deg.C today what's up with that! better borrow my spare hat this time matey p.s. rr great score for Beam Rider re Kik-Start - Races A-I are made up of 3 courses played in 1 turn. Race J is 9 courses played in 3 turns in a row.
