Fixitguy74
I found this used for $3 the other day and thought hey why not. After all, I love Space Invaders on the 2600 and other emulated/ simulated versions I've found online for free. But I must say I was quickly bored and annoyed. It was almost too easy, repetitive, had very busy backgrounds and had what seemed like unlimited continues, but then I let my kids play it and they loved it. So all in all I guess it was a good $3 spent.
hex65000
You are correct that the game is busy and attempts to shift the focus away from what you are trying to shoot at. I like playing it every once in a while. Also, if you have/get a DS spinner for your DS you can play the game that way which changes the feel of the controls a lot. Hex. Rex Dart
Hell yeah, it's a whole other game with a DS Arkanoid paddle. I picked one up off ebay for $5 a while ago and it makes that game so much better. Edited March 9, 2012 by Rex Dart
