ten-four
nothing received herein Belgium, yet.... and the arcadia multicart took only 4 days to arrive from Canada...... I understand it nor Laurent. Games from Luc takes only a single week without a tracking number. Maybe Montreal is a slower city for post for overseas. Toby didn't answer his post when I ask in about it. Edited August 5, 2012 by ten-four
Crapahute
It has always been the same here too Luc is also much faster! Seems we're not on the good side of the pond
Pixelboy
It has always been the same here too Luc is also much faster! Seems we're not on the good side of the pond I have no control over the postal services of my country, or any other country for that matter. I just drop all my packages off at the same post office promptly after receiving payment, regardless of where in the world these packages are going. So if some packages reach their intended destination faster than expected, it's mostly just dumb luck.

I did ship about 3 weeks ago now. I leave outside of the city, maybe that explains the delay .... I really hope you all get the games very soon, because i did my best to get them shipped as soon as possible.

It can take a while before the package leaves the Canada Post warehouse.
youki
There are period where you should avoid to send games. All hollidays periods. And mainly Christmas. Because of non regular employees that "pick up" their christmas present.... Generally i avoid to order something on the net around Christmas. But what is funny is that it seems that TeamPixelBoy is more lucky than Collectorvision with the post. All guys i know that ordered homebrews from France and Belgium that had problems with delay and delivering were with Collectorvision games and not Teampixel boys one. Are you sure you use the same kind of shipping method?

Well, there is one factor to consider: I haven't seen J-F's handwriting, but I have been complimented several times for my own handwriting by the clerks at the post office. It apparently helps a lot when names and addresses appear clearly and legibly on boxes and customs forms.
