shaky
Berzerk is a great arcade port. Probably my favorite, kinda hard as there are several games I like just as much.

+Stephen
Berzerk is a great arcade port. Probably my favorite, kinda hard as there are several games I like just as much. It is awesome. It needs an update though, to use the newer interrupt driven digi-speech technique that Sheddy used in Space Harrier. This way, the action won't completely freeze when there is speech. atarilovesyou
Stupid question: as the 5200 is compatible with the 8 bit computer line (but I'm assuming the carts aren't), will these games run as ROMs on an Atarimax multicart? I've been hankerin' some 8 bit Atari action for no apparent reason!
+Cafeman
Stupid question: as the 5200 is compatible with the 8 bit computer line (but I'm assuming the carts aren't), will these games run as ROMs on an Atarimax multicart? I've been hankerin' some 8 bit Atari action for no apparent reason! It isn't compatible. Same hardware, different internal memory locations and different joystick-reading chips & logic. However, most 5200 ROM's exist as A8 ROMs too, and many A8 ROMs have been converted over to 5200 format as well - such as Donkey Kong and DKjr.
