TI-99/4A in a music video

I looks like ZX Spectrum BASIC.

The ZX seems to have all the commands I see in the video:

LOAD, BORDER, "GO TO" and "GO SUB" written as two words, PAPER, INK, FLASH, "LET" used for all variables, single colon for multiple commands, etc. Plus the ZX supported drawing commands in BASIC which explains the few graphics seen in the video (the hands and the outline of the man being drawn a pixel at a time).

The problem with the ZX, like the other Sinclare computers, is that they look like big calculators and the girl needed something that looked like a computer to type on, so they used the 99/4A.
