the.golden.ax
Sorry if this has been covered but I can't find it anywhere. I'm looking for a controller testing rom that I can use on skunk like the various test carts available for other Atari systems, that would give a graphical representation of each button push, direction, and keypad. Any help would be appreciated.
GroovyBee
There is a joy pad tester near the bottom of the page here (Matthias Domin's site). No idea what it does.

Tyrant
I've been using that tool for years. It's really useful, but for some reason loads and runs from $5000 unlike the more normal $4000.
ggn
I've been using that tool for years. It's really useful, but for some reason loads and runs from $5000 unlike the more normal $4000. My guess is that it's been written with the Jaguar Server devkit (at least because some binaries that I've found with this and other Mathhias' programs were in JagServer format) which defaults uploading to $5000. Or maybe Matthias was assembling to $5000 just to be safe. Edited October 26, 2012 by ggn
Matthias
Hello! My guess is that it's been written with the Jaguar Server devkit (at least because some binaries that I've found with this and other Mathhias' programs were in JagServer format) which defaults uploading to $5000. Or maybe Matthias was assembling to $5000 just to be safe. Correct, as i got into Jaguar developing via the JagServer using $5000 was the preferred loading address (and start address) for a long time. But by using file-headers these address values were usally kept away from the user. Kind regards Matthias
