NeoGeo64 Posted November 21, 2013 Share Posted November 21, 2013 (edited) There has been a long discussion still going on about the Jaguar compared to the Nintendo 64 [ http://atariage.com/forums/topic/200607-atari-jaguar-vs-the-nintendo-64/ ] and the thread got me thinking. The Jaguar's 3D capabilities seem to rival first gen PSX games when the developers could get a handle on the architecture of the Jag's hardware. My question is could the Jaguar have outdone the Playstation 1 if they switched places in history (PSX was a failure and Jag was a runaway success) and developers had the resources and backing to really put some time and effort into Jaguar's titles.
