and I War

I have tried the 2 player in I-war a couple of times, and don't get what could be fun about it. I have played the single game and beaten maybe 13 to 15 levels or so, so I know the game.

 

In 2 player mode, there is only one map, you have the original weak weapon only; I can't find eather weapon power-ups, health or shied or ANYTHING in the area. You just shoot each other with the weak main weapon, you rematerialize where you died and that's it!

 

Am I missing ANYTHING??? I know you can activate the jump plate to get to two platforms in mid air - but why, there is nothing there (why bother)?

 

I find the split screen very exciting, but, to me that's it. What a missed opportunity, if so.

We had lots of fun with "Club Drive" tournaments at various ejagfests. Personally I like:

 

- Raiden (Co-op)

- NBA Jam TE

- Brutal Sports Football

- Worms

Played some ProjectW, Rebooteriods (Co-op and kombateriods), and Gauntlet II tonight with my sister. We were gaming like old times.

 

Another time we played Joust. We used to play Joust on the Atari 800 and Warlords on the Atari 2600, so having both of those on the Jaguar now is nice. And some Asteriods.
