Regarding the generosity of some people here willing to donate enough money to buy me a Jaguar CD for me to port Philia the sequel to Elansar on JagCD

I'm asking jaguar fans here if they are willing to buy Philia on JaguarCD once it's release.

This is for me to know if it's worth to spend a month or 2 to work on this project.

Please answer seriously ! don't say yes if you won't buy it ! Thank you very much

Hey Orion_, if you go through with this, would you be having it professionally glass mastered?

That would certainly drive up the cost of production. I wouldn't mind cd-r if it has to be, like the ultra quality ones Matthias uses. Although IIRC I think reboot glass mastered releases such as KM:F. And they were affordable.

If Orion_ wants to go ahead with this, it can happen through RGCD in a similar manner to previous Jag CD releases, or if he has other plans that's fine, too.

Awesome! Still waiting on the 3rd run of Elansar, but always psyched to hear about potential new Jag CD stuff!! Also it just makes sense, as several of the original Jag cart games had either sequels or more complete versions released on the Jag CD.

I'd likely pay more, but voted $35 to $40. "No matter what" is reserved for liver transplants for my children and high quality blow.

Just wanted to say that I voted 'No Matter What" but that is maybe not completely true. No Matter What covers everything from 41 USD thru 1 million USD (exaggerating here but you get the point). If you come back and say it is going to cost 100 USD or more I think I may have to pass.

The "yes no matter what" sounds a bit extreme

 

It would be great to see this game come out for the Jaguar, as Elansar is great also and the mouse control works like a charm!
